El hotel es una maravilla, a mi esposo y a mi nos encantó! Es un lugar para relaj****, divertirse y crear recuerdos hermosos ya sea en pareja, con la familia, amigos, para viajes de negocio porque es apto para todo tipo de público! Los empleados son demasiado serviciales, son amables y atentos 10/10 en servicio! Las instalaciones super limpio y cumpliendo con medidas de bioseguridad! La habitación es super completa tiene de todo lo que se pueda necesitar y son acogedoras. Tienen hasta enfermera por si se sienten mal o tienen algún accidente en la piscina o algo, el lugar es super grande y lindo para tom**** fotos! Lo único es que sentí que la comida es cara, precios un poco altos pero al menos la comida estaba deliciosa y uno queda full, el bar en la piscina super indicado para relaj****, es que todo está bien pensado bellísimo!

The whole resort is nice, the food of the restaurant was the only lousy thing, try different plates did not filled my expectation, expensive and lousy.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. It was beautiful and kid friendly.

Having to park far away from cabin is bad.
Water came dirty at all times from faucet.
Roof was leaking due to heavy rain.
Food is very expensive.
Staying there was ok but for the price is just not worthy.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and the rooms are nice. My discomfort was that moving one of the window shades it broke and I was charge Q150 I’m thankful no one got hurt.
