Casa Azulai Puebla Hotel Boutique

I stayed at Casa Azulai for three nights. This is a nice charming and small boutique hotel,superb service friendly staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and maid service. Excellent food, the suadero taco is amazing also nice breakfast the fruit plater with granola and real honey was delicious

Really nice and clean hotel. Right next to artesanal shops and artists quarter. Friendly service. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially their chilaquiles. Location not to far from other attractions. Would recommend staying here.

We loved the location of this beautiful boutique hotel. Room 103 is right off the street on 1st floor. 2 big beautiful balconies overlooking the street, however; there is a bar right across the narrow street with extremely loud and tormenting live music. We felt like we were laying down in the middle of the bar😫. Also, it is a very busy streets and we could hear All traffic. The hotel offer to change rooms, we did not since our stay was short. If Longer stay, ask for rooms NOT on the front of hotel. The hotel is beautiful, a very nice courtyard and the rooms were spotless with very unique style. Bed was super Comfortable and AC worked great. Mega smart television. Room service available, and food was well resents and tasty. Highly recommend, not the front rooms though.

We got stuck in the rain and they were kind enough to let us stay and enjoy some coffee we ended up eating here and it was a delicious selection! The sopa de flor the calabaza was incredible and they made a pescatarian option for me to eat so very helpful and welcoming!

This hotel was a great stay, convenient location and the space is new and beautiful. It is near of cafes and Zocalo. The staff was very delightful and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights. There was a few things that we did not like. First. when we arrived to the room, there were no towels in the room, we had to call and request them. They provide a robe but the robe we had was in the closet and seemed dirty along with the slippers, as if the people before us had used them and left them, did not get changed. We had a room with two bed so they must know it is 2 people but the furniture was odd, one chair with the coffee table and one coffee pod and one robe with slippers. Housekeeping goes clean the room late in the day and not in the morning. Now security, they dont provide room key cards, they provide you a pamphlet with 2 number codes that are made up of 10 digits...EACH. one code is to access the floor with the glass door and the second code is for your actual room. One major thing that was missing THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A SAFE OR MINI FRIDGE. The room they provided us was huge and spacious, pretty sure they can stick a small safe and a mini fridge somewhere there. People travel with important items, the disclaimer at check-in is a clue. Another major thing was the room conditioner. it can be noisy at night. Lastly, they have rooms with no windows towards the street, they have room with windows to the hallway so ask for a room with a view towards the street if you want that

Tried because the restaurant Azul Raíz within the hotel is participating in foodies week and we included a good value promotional deal, including chicken in yellow mole, in our order. À la carte, we ordered the lechón (suckling pig) and salad. The food was very good, the service impeccable and the courtyard setting quite pleasant. A nice man associated with the hotel took us up to the rooftop restaurant area for a wonderful view of Puebla.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with any request. Their genuine care and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Excelente friendly staff. Beautiful and clean room. Very convenient close all the tourist area. Food was fantastic very fresh and flavorful. The area is very safe close to many interesting laces in the area

Beautiful colonial hotel with modern rooms. All the people working there were helpful and friendly. But we had difficulty sleeping at night. Our room had an intermittent electrical buzz sound coming from the air conditioner at night—whether it was on or off. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told that all the rooms had this problem. Check to see if this problem is fixed before booking a room here.
