El Encanto was a wonderful stay, we were there for a wedding, from the outside you could not imagine the beauty with in, it’s rustic and beautiful and great picture ops all around the hotel, if you get the corner room it has a balcony looking out to the cathedral and wow, the rooftop bar was where the wedding took place breath taking view of the cathedral and when lit at night wow, wonderful all around, only complaints I have to give bathroom in our room had water marks on the ceilings and walls, some rooms did smell a little damp or moldy from what I was told, steak at the reception did not meet anyone’s expectations it was tough and dry could not be cut or chewed at all, other than that the rest of the food an cocktails were delicious, Hotel is very centric everything is within walking distance, plenty of delicious restaurant all around

The hotel sucks big time. The elevator doesn’t work sometimes and breakfast is served after 9am so if you need to leave earlier you need to find a place somewhere else. The room is very basic, not all the tv channels work and all of them are in Spanish. The amenities are basic too and the sink was clogged. The restaurant is expensive and tasteless but the service is ok. The hotel is too expensive, and the services too lame. Avoid at all costs.

La habitación olía mucho a humedad , le falta mucho mantenimiento , horas antes de entregar la habitación salía agua con poca presión y dos horas antes cortaron el agua
Lo único bonito es la vista , pero necesitan remodelarlo .

Hotel espectacular, en frente de la catedral de Puebla.
Atencion excelente del personal del hotel.
Estacionamiento (con descuento en convenio) a 5 minutos caminando.
La habitacion numero 1 es muy amplia, con vista increible a la catedral, y una tina muy comoda y relajante.

No pude ocupar 2 habitaciones qje tenía reservadas por una urgencia médica que tuve de mi suegra! Solicite al hotel el apoyo para poder cancelar las habitaciones? Sin embargo no he recibido respuesta. Me pueden por avié indicar si me pueden regresar el dinero? Puedo entregables algún documento del hospital donde puedan comprobar que por tal motivo no pudimos viajar.

Todo sucio, habitaciones y alrededor de las habitaciones.
No hay agua en el baño.
No hay agua caliente para el baño.
Mucho ruido de construcción.
Mucho ruido de fiestas del propio hotel.

Es un hotel muy bonito, la habitación estaba muy cómoda y amplia, no pudimos ir al restaurante o bar porque estaban techando pero me gustó en general
