Hotel San Pedro Puebla

El hotel está muy bien, solamente que la segunda vez que me duché, el agua no salió caliente o.O, la primera sí. Y hay un poco de desorden en los pasillos, tienen alfombra en casi todos sus pasillos, que al parecer, no aspiran muy frecuentemente.

Beautiful classic style hotel. Well maintained. Rooms clean. Bathroom clean. Good hot water. Beds comfortable. Offer in house dining. TV has Netflix prime star etc. TV channels spanish but a couple of planet series in English. Balconies on inner rooms overlooking pool. Outside face onto streets. Very well located. Car parking. Pool clean water and maintained. Good atmosphere. Mixed clientele of foreign tourists and Mexican.

Small hotel in the older part of Puebla. Lots of interesting shops and galleries within walking distance. Pleasant staff. Nice room. Breakfast was limited and not inspiring. Coffee was weaker than my usual.

A colonial gem in the middle of Puebla Centro! Near everything that is historically important in Puebla. The manager, Angelica, will make sure you have a terrific stay in this boutique hotel. The food spread is presented in a very attractive manner and the taste is delicious! Character and charm predominate the flavor of this hotel!

We were hopeful about this hotel, sadly didn’t read these reviews prior before checking in because we were in a rush. The AM staff was nice, especially the bellboy, however the worker doing check-in upsold us for a room and didn’t share specific information about things like wifi, check out time, or the breakfast situation (mentioned a lot on these reviews). There is no breakfast included, and the pre payed breakfast is different than the giant lonely buffet that no one is eating. The hotel seemed empty of guests, but we were actually overcharged by about 100 pesos for the night. In USD not a lot, but shady seeming. When I brought to the attention of the night worker, he said it was “close enough”. I felt condescended to as a woman, and the entire interaction even with my partner was entirely rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about customers, and as other reviews said, probably get enough complaints that they don’t care. If you get a room that overlooks the pool, be aware that loud music is played until about 11:45pm and starts again around 8am. Housekeeping starts knocking early and keeps knocking. And we also had an exterminator knocking and spraying into rooms starting around 9am. Maybe someone is having a good experience here, it we wouldn’t know because it seems empty. The *********** price slash makes sense, but we were too nice and thought to better support the hotel and pay directly ( then overpaid by a lot). This hotel fully looks like a nice place that does not live up to its exterior at all. Do nit stay here, there are so many other places with people that actually care about guests having a good experience.
