The hotel was good with lot of services like spa play area, good food, also staff is best. Places near resort are reachable. Good place to stay.room is filled with latest technology easy to use and good feel. Radisson is good resort to stay with lot of comfort. Nearby places are also reachable

Wonderful pet friendly place. Vinshu, Chinaar, and Anoohya were wonderful and took care of us and our pet Beagle so thoughtfully. The swimming pool and property was amazing. It was an enjoyable stay. We'd definitely come back here on our next vacation to Pondicherry.

This has been one of our best trips and all thanks to the Radisson Resort Pondy team. The hospitality and the service was top notch. All the staff starting from the reception desk to the duty managers to the housekeeping, servers- Gopi and Sudip, laundry person - Saravanan, all of them were very cooperative and welcoming. whenever any request came to them, staff were very accommodating and will try to adhere to your requirements and make you feel like home. They have two restaurants- Bay Bistro which is multi cuisine and the great Indian Kebab factory which is mainly serving Lucknow cuisine. Every item is lip smacking and they tend to go above and beyond with their effort. Chefs are really good and they know what they are doing. We had one of the best biriyani at Bay Bistro. They have an exquisite array of dishes in their Sunday brunch. The resort has a high tea facility daily with many options. They also have a lot of fun activities everyday. Location- It is bit far from main Pondy but if someone is looking for peace and serene environment, this would be the ideal place to stay overlooking the lagoons and the beach nearby.

We reserved a garden view room for a two-night stay. The accommodations were immaculate and well-equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. In-room dining is an available service. A wide variety of delectable breakfast and high tea (complimentary) options are available in the morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine. We had the pleasure of dining at your establishment on multiple occasions and were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy, humility, and attentiveness, providing excellent service throughout our visits. The quality of the food was also commendable. We particularly appreciated the complimentary cake, which was a thoughtful gesture that added to our enjoyment. In summary, our experience was highly satisfactory and we would gladly recommend your restaurant to others.! The room was cleaned daily, and the entire resort was kept immaculately clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist. One noteworthy feature of this resort is its pet-friendly policy. My feline companion felt warmly welcomed and comfortable in all areas of the resort. Upon completing the checkout process, I discovered a minor issue with my vehicle. However, the staff demonstrated exceptional customer service by promptly arranging for a skilled technician to address the problem. I express my sincere gratitude for their assistance in this matter. We express our gratitude to the entire staff for ensuring our stay was comfortable, secure, and enjoyable.

Room is clean and tidy housekeeping staff is very friendly they done my anniversary very memorable, the resort is a greenery beautiful, we enjoy the evening it food is tasty the breakfast is a good spread overall my stay is excellent and memorable

The stay was very great and I loved the experience at this resort. The food was excellent and there were much interesting activities arranged by Praveen and checkin and checkout was handled by Vishnu to entertain us throughout the stay. Very much recommended for a lovely & comfort stay.

Rooms are very good, all Smart Control and automated. Rooms are also kept well and cleaned properly. I thank and appreciate the event coordinator Murali for all his efforts to keep us and kids engaged one or the other activity. Vishnu, Sonita, Anooya and Uday assisted us well during this stay. Food is good especially the pastries and high tea is a plus. Also the Bodhi spa is good and very relaxing, must try the massages. Resorts proximity to Eden beach is very good, but need to keep in mind of the distance and transport if you need to visit white town and promenade beach. As Ola and uber are not available here, need depend on hotels travel service which is very limited.

The staff in the facility especially praveen and Murali helped a lot in our stay and the stay was nice will come back again and best ever spot for kids and family. So welcoming and will come again. Thanks for great work grt people and alcohol was good too
