It was a comfortable stay. Facilities are little old and lobby area feels a little confined, but everything was kept clean and tidy.

The ratings for this property led me to believe it was much better than it is. At best, it is a budget motel, from the continental breakfast, meager accommodations in the room, even to and including the smell of the property. It's not awful, but for the money you can do better.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast consisted of omlet, bacon, cereal, waffle, ect. The pool and hot tub was available.

I referred to our room as our cabin. It felt about the size of a cruise ship cabin. Small. The bathroom was also comparable in size to a cruise ship bathroom. The bed, linens, and shower water pressure were the pleasant surprise redeeming feature of our stay. The DOGS that came in the door while we checked in were also a surprise, and not a good one. Fortunately I knew to request a pet free room. The other disappointing surprise was the size of the tv. It was tiny. And the picture didn't fill the small size of the tv, which looked more like a computer monitor.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the Sleep Inn. We traveled to Provo to see two granddaughters compete in the National Dancesport ballroom event and needed a place to stay. Sleep Inn is located conveniently and was reasonably priced. The beds and pillows are comfortable and we appreciated having a refrigerator. The breakfast was so-so, but that wasn't a real problem.

Respectfully it was not clean, not modern in any way, loud and we felt unsafe when the cards were not working and the doors had to be propped open. Breakfast wasnt cosumable. An unfortunately experience.
