the pluses and minuses It was clean. The only downsides were that we were in basement and the top floor was noisy and the couch was not that comfortable. It was nice having a functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Aspenwood Manor! We were in studio #5 and it was perfect for 2 people. Easy access getting in and out. Perfect location downtown Provo with so many restaurants in the area. The place was very clean, quiet and so easy to call and get ahold of somebody for any questions. Would 10/10 recommend!! We will be back to stay here! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

Small, basement unit with well stocked kitchen It was a small, basement unit with 2 rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen was a good size for the small unit. The kitchen was well stocked with the things you need. The decor was all on bees and beehives. It was cute. Way too many pillows. We had too take the pillows off the couch in order to have space to sit. It had a nice walk in closet to put all the pillows in.

My wife and I booked into Aspenwood Manor in Provo in September for a conference there from Australia. We enjoyed staying here until I spilt something on the bed quilt and doona cover. Wanting to do the right thing we contacted Sarah via email (as there is actually no one on site and no reception - everything is handled remotely at reception), showing them a picture of the mark. We went straight away, washed the bed quilt and doona cover and asked Sarah via email for a dry cleaners so we could do our best to make amends for this error I made. We had no response at all all day, and after coming home in the afternoon, we noticed that someone from management had come into our apartment and taken it away. There was no communication at all from Sarah or management as to what the next steps were. We were then some hours later at the airport in Salt Lake City when our friend, who had booked the room for us all, sent us a message telling us we were charged $150 USD to replace the bed quilt and doona cover. So what can you do but pay for this. Interesting enough when looking around Provo for replacement bed quilts and doona covers, most were around the $50 usd mark. The way this organization has gone around us, when we were open and honest is very disappointing and therefore we will not stay here again based on this experience. What they did was purely a money grab from overseas travelers coming to this beautiful city and it just leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.

Aspenwood properties are always a great stay!! I have rented several times from each property and I am Never disappointed!

The place was meticulously clean and decorated in a way that it felt like your own little home. Kitchen appointed with all the tools you need to cook. Parking no hassle. Check in via text made it super easy. Check out the same. If you needed something, you could both call or text too. Sarah who took my reservation was informed making communication a cinch. Will, no doubt stay there in future. Oh, I checked pricing for other places and their prices were the same or better than others with what I presume wasn’t as nice as this spot. Will, no doubt, stay here in the future.
