The Ellery Hotel

Loved our stay at the Ellery! The rooms are charming and recently renovated. The outdoor space, plus hot tub and sauna are nice amenities for relaxing. From the Ellery it’s a 3 minute walk to Commercial St, which is so convenient. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff and meeting Marc Anthony. He gave us the best recommendations and totally got our vibe. We will definitely be back!

Charming and cozy This is a quaint, comfortable and cozy place to stay in Provincetown. It is near the eastern edge of Commercial Street and an easy walk to that popular thoroughfare. My friend and I stayed in separate rooms, choosing a mid-May weekend ahead of the busy summer season. This was my first time in Provincetown. The hotel is very well kept and charming. The room I stayed in was small but still perfect for me. The bed was clean and comfortable; its en suite was a bit tight but still just about right. The common area on the first floor is very homey and welcoming. There was some confusion on both ends regarding check-in, but the person I spoke with on the phone quickly cleared things up. All in all, I would highly recommend The Ellery as a place to stay in Provincetown.

We had such a great time at the Ellery. MarcAnthony was so helpful in welcoming and getting us familiarized with the property and Provincetown. He was also always available and communicated promptly. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Marc!

So damn good! My partner and I spent our three year anniversary at the Eller Hotel and loved every bit of our experience! I would recommend it to everyone. First of all we came from North Carolina and getting a text directly from MarcAnthony made me feel connected and welcome. He continued to help us feel excited about Provincetown with a suggested itinerary that was super rad. We absolutely loved taking advantage of the amenities and lounging on the comfy patio furniture. It was awesome!

Overall happy with the experience, however, we stayed in deluxe room 6 and it seems like every time someone flush the toilet our toilet bubbled happened all throughout the night, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and you can hear everything through the walls

I opted to stay at this property because of the 4.7 ratings. However I was not aware that it was not ADA accessible. There are only stairs and no ramp additionally, you can’t control the thermostat. The thermostats are located in the hallway and control multiple rooms. I spoke the manager and expressed my laments given my medical conditions. Mark Anthony stated they did not have anymore rooms available. Therefore,I attempted to stay the first night however the heat was turned on high and the ceiling fan made a continuous loud screeching noise. I contacted the front desk after hours concierge in an effort to get help, however he was unable to help me. He tried to contact the property manager but he did not respond given it was after 10. Ultimately I decided to leave because I did not want to put my health in jeopardy. When I spoke the manager the next day after an extensive conversation he agreed to only charge me for me for one night; I contacted ******* to confirm the refund in which they told me the property refused to give. If you want to stay at a property that does not honor there word, customer service isn’t at the forefront of their agenda and they’d rather pocket your money instead of providing a great customer experience then you’ve found it.
