I usually don’t do reviews but this place deserve a review. This place is really disgusting, smelly, mold all over the place and black spots in the bathroom. Pictures showed on the website are not accurate, the place looks nothing at all with the pictures on the website. Mattress with stains and bugs. Bathroom with mold. Multiples charges on my credit card .Pool with mold and broken parts and all place is super dirty. Room smelling so so bad. I couldn’t even take a shower in the room because it was so disgusting into a new whole level. Place looks more like a motel. We tried to leave but we couldn’t find nothing available. Also is in the middle of nowhere.

Bonjour Nous sommes rendus dans cette hôtel ****au mois d'octobre 2023. Le site internet est joli......Mais quelle déception totale. Un parking à 13 euro, le plafond est prêt a tombé et il pleut depuis la dalle de plafond, des véhicules vandalisés, le parking accessible par d'n'importe qui et pas de surveillance digne d'un film d'horreur. Sous-sol affolant, odeur d'humidité énorme, mur délabré Nous avions pris pour une chambre un supplément de prix pour sur-glassement. Salle de bains de récupération c'est impossible une cabine de douche défecteuse pas de mobilier pas de produite ni peignoir ni chausson tuyau défectueux pas de sèche cheveu correct etc...... la chambre carrelage au sol complétement décollé des fauteuils déchirés un véritable cauchemar. Une théière qui date des années 70 .Le déjeuner alors la...............pour un 4 étoiles juste pas tolérable. Cet hôtel n'offre aucune prestation d'un **** étoiles. Extérieur pas d'entretien une friche. Le mobilier de réception juste obsolète......et poussièreux. Le seul point positif de cette hôtel est le personnel. Regarder bien le site et comparé les photos..........................................

Les photos sont trompeuses!!! Attention... ne pas vous y fiez! Enorme complexe hôtelier qui n'inspire pas confiance au vu de son emplacement dans une zone désaffectée de Vogogna. La piscine existait ainsi que le jacuzzi mais l'eau sentait le citron et les infrastructures étaient trop vétustes voire dangereuses pour des enfants. Il se dégageait une odeur de moisissure dans les couloirs ainsi que dans la chambre, quant aux toilettes, il s'échappait une odeur insupportable de tabac froid!!! Bref... La qualité et le prix ne étaient absolument pas au rendez-vous!!!

Aucune indication pour le trouver, situé dans une zone industrielle au milieu de nulle part proche d’une autoroute ça commence bien ! Après avoir vu l’entrée, la réception et la chambre nous avons pris la fuite ! Présentation sur Internet ne correspondant absolument pas à la réalité !

Prenotato con Wonderbox. Ci informano che, pur avendo già modificato la camera classic in superior, tali camere non sono disponibili e ci consigliano una “ de luxe” con sovrapprezzo di 70 euro. Accettiamo e troviamo una camera pulita e spaziosa ma con mobili ormai usurati ed il pavimento rivestito da moquette. L’ aria condizionata non funziona. Non ci fermiamo per la cena, ma solo a colazione. Le torte sono state comprate al supermercato e chi vuole lo yogurt deve accontentarsi di quello naturale non essendoci alcuna scelta. Caffè espresso,preparato al bar,veramente scadente. Mentre facciamo colazione stanno pulendo una parte del pavimento del salone ed una signora passa allegramente vicino ai tavoli con secchio e mocio. Da un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetta molto di più.

Désastre, à fuir. Tout est salle, la piscine et le jacuzzi dégueulasse et froid par dessus le marché. La salle de bain, tous les joints sont moisis et il faisait froid dans la chambre... Odeur répugnante dans tout le bâtiment. Le garage tombe en ruine, on osait même pas y laisser la voiture. En gros on est arrivé et reparti sans même y passer la nuit. Plus jamais...

Un buon tre stelle, ma assolutamente non 4 stelle, camere e corridoi con moquette anni 80, camere ai piani senza balconi, dall'esterno sembra una scuola, parcheggio fuori struttura, piccola piscina riscaldata per poche persone,non avvisano che bisogna avere le cuffiette per la piscina e non controllano se la indossano, mangiare abbastanza buono ma non da quattro stelle, colazione buona come il personale e la pulizia.prezzo giusto per quello che offrono.

Fuyez!! Hôtel misérable !! Payé pour 2 nuits partie le samedi soir! pure arnaque... pas de sauna, hammam, espace relax sans réservation mais on vous ne le dit pas à l'arrivée et en prime ils nous facturent des massages que nous n'avons pas pris car nous avons fuit cette Hôtel !! Déçu Déçu Déçu j'avais qu'une envie c'était de partir!
