We had the most incredible stay celebrating our 5 year anniversary for a week at this hotel. Katia and the rest of the staff made our stay so special for us - it was truly a week we will never forget. The hotel itself is incredible. It looks like you are in a Wes Anderson film from the outside. The staff were all so kind and friendly. It is a true spa hotel where you can really turn off and relax. We were in their royal suite- if you have the opportunity to book it, don’t hesitate. It was gorgeous and had an original marble bathtub from the 1800’s which was divine. The restaurant is gorgeous and the meals were superb. By far our favorite breakfast. The spa is amazing. Each room is themed with the most incredible details. Magical is the only way to explain it. Although outside non hotel guests are allowed we never felt it was too crowded to enjoy and my partner and I had tons of private time to ourselves in the various baths and rooms. We can not wait to return. This is our new favorite hotel in Italy (and maybe europe). Thank you so much!!!!!!

The hotel has beautiful grounds and is in a great location. That said, there were some significant problems with service. There was a conference during the same time we were staying. The hotel essentially compromised on service to non-participants in order to focus on the attendees. They didn't allow any room service or access to the restaurant while we were there. The breakfast was included, but the waitstaff never asked if we needed anything nor helped with coffee, etc. This wasn't unique to us, as we saw other guests having the same experience. When the conference attendees did depart, the service didn't improve much. Neither my wife nor I speak Italian. We weren't helped at breakfast, even though the waitress did approach two other tables with Italian-speaking guests. The grounds were really nice and the are plenty of options for soaking pools, saunas, etc., but the workout facility is spartan to say the least. While the staff was courteous and the location was OK, we wouldn't stay there again if in Bormio

The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views and facilities. The Spa is 2nd only because of the one at the Bagni Vecchi. Was very let down by the plastic glasses for the aperitivo. For a 5* hotel this is not acceptable. There was also no water in the room. The self check in was also a disaster. This is like an airport check in and one from a cheap hotel chain. Tried it twice with a receptionist watching from behind the desk and not once did they offer to assist. In the end she had to do a standard check in but did not offer us the complimentary vouchers from trying the self check in. Disappointing service.

My husband had stayed at this hotel with his family a few times pre covid and said it was nice. Good spa and nice food - not super luxury but still nice and worth a visit. Unfortunately it seems that the hotel has gone down hill: - The spa is far too crowded and impossible to enjoy no matter what time of day you go - there is no bar or snack options open until 5pm each day! Forget having a nice afternoon drink… - the lunch is absolutely horrendous, not even in a 3 star hotel would you expect to serve such food in Italy. - all the food seems poor quality and not premium - dinner is average. If you pick a pasta that is a safer option. The main courses were not nice at all - they refused to serve me hot chocolate when I tried to order it at lunch or dinner - it was only allowed at breakfast. Didn’t make sense. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza 5 notti in questo magnifico Hotel, ho fatto più di 7 ore di macchina per arrivarci e devo dire che ne è valsa veramente la pena. Camere assurde con viste panoramiche sulle montagne e cibo quasi stellato. Qui puoi trovare la pace al 100% con il loro percorso termale

Ho alloggiato qui una notte. Camera molto ben curata, non mancava nulla. Comodo avere l’ingresso alle terme compreso nella prenotazione della camera. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto molti problemi nella regolazione della temperatura (fuori neve, dentro estate), che ci ha reso complicato dormire. Colazione ottima!!

Ho chiesto in reception come si accendeva aria condizionata mi hanno risposto che non cel hanno… in un 5 stelle? Ok che di solito fa freddo ma in agosto nooo…. Poi da fuori nemmeno un cartello che indicava qc terme ma solo bagni nuovi grand hotel, colazione accompagnata da musica dal vivo al pianoforte e di qualità, italiana ed internazionale, le terme soprattutto esterne molto belle, la stanza non molto pulita c’erano dei capelli in bagno… abbiamo trovato un paio solo di infradito e abbiamo chiamato la reception secondo loro dovevamo scendere scalzi e farcele dare alla reception delle terme… in un 5 stelle? Aperitivo da dimenticare troppe cose fritte e asciutte, aggiungete frutta e verdura x lo meno…

Terme stupende e grande cortesia e professionalità. Bellissimo percorso termale Però ci vuole maggiore controllo: gente che entra con le ciabatte dove è vietato; gente che urla al telefono e parla a voce alta nelle zone di silenzio Alle terme si va per rilassarsi

Es una pasada, un ambiente espectacular y el hotel y las instalaciones del spa están muy cuidadas. El desayuno es muy completo. Nosotros estábamos en los apartamentos, que aunque sean más baratos, están muy bien y justo al lado. Hay parking incluido. El pueblo también está muy bien, hay bastante ambiente ciclista y de rutas de montaña y buenos restaurantes, recomiendo una visita.
