Excellent comfortable hotel near the beach. Breakfasts really high standard,everything homemade and delicious lovely pool and garden. The evening suppers were simple and delicious home cooking.Torniamo. Also near Olbia airport. Bellissima!

I was very disappointed when as we arrived from another hotel in the area, the manageress started by excusing herself and explaining that this place was more a family house than a hotel. I liked the Lady of the house who worked hard and made yogurts at home. I found the rest of the staff unprofessional. I believe if it is a family home then they should stop calling it a 4* hotel as it is deceiving. Once you get there it is too late. Perhaps they should call it a B&B or a Guest house. I have waited a few months to see if they would change the name but since they did not, I am offering my opinion to protect fellow travellers. The main complaint I have is about the kitchen. In the evening it is open as a restaurant and the area is quite nice. The wine was good, local and well priced. The food was not prepared with care and respect due to paying customers. I have ordered sea urchin pasta and my partner mussel and sea food. The 'chef' used the same pan to cook both dishes and I ended up with pasta that had a strong understate of mussels which I cannot eat. To make matters worse, while several couples were having candlelit dinner, the 'chef/owner' came into the dining room, spread in the sofa and watched a loud football game. I could not believe it! It was like being an unwelcome guest in some single man house! I found that behaviour unacceptable in a business. We went out for the remaining stay. some other guests were eating supermarket bought food in their room's terrace and explained that they found the service equally bizarre and a family of wild boars by living by the pool side coming out at night. The beach is not as close as they say. There is a shuttle service but it is not as frequent as it should be.

Delightful small hotel , set in lovely gardens with a beautiful pool . The owners take such care of us , nothing is too much trouble . . Everything is immaculate , the rooms charming , the food is superb - excellent breakfasts and delicious evening meals . It has been absolute heaven ! Thoroughly recommend !

Our stay at Relais Fenicottero Rosa has been amazing with a five star hotel feel. The hotel grounds and rooms are immaculately kept well and clean. Staff at this establishment has great attention to detail, excellent customer service and best in class, bar none. Emanuela has been extremely helpful with all questions raised and assistance required by me including, but not limited to transportation into town, tour excursions and to the beach. Emanuela exudes high professionalism in all she does. Thank you, Emanuela. Mauro has been very patient and helpful with dining requests and driving us to and from town and the beach. Always ready and on time taking and picking us to and from our destinations. Thank you, Luciano. The menu and the dishes at the hotel is divine. Dishes that will not disappoint and include, but not limited to spaghetti carbonara, gnocchetti with tomato sauce and fresh sausage, spaghetti with bottarga, and ravioli di ricotta is my favorite. The best ravioli I had in my 45 years. I highly recommend this establishment to potential clients. Excellent choice to stay in Porto Taverna area. Piatti che non deludono e comprendono, ma non solo, spaghetti alla carbonara, gnocchetti al sugo di pomodoro e salsiccia fresca, spaghetti alla bottarga e ravioli di ricotta è il mio preferito. I migliori ravioli che ho avuto nei miei 45 anni. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a potenziali clienti. Ottima scelta per soggiornare nella zona di Porto Taverna.

Very good family place. Good quality food and very clean. We had a great time. And I would highly recommend the place. The garden is beautiful and so are the people running the place. They even fixed us lunch for our toddler, even though the restaurant is closed.

Wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen: Die Anlage ist zwar überschaubar groß, aber mit sehr vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet und wunderschön. Vor allem hat uns die Herzlichkeit im Familienbetrieb gefallen. Zu jeder Getränkebestellung hat man noch kleine Snacks dazu bekommen, total liebevoll! Das Essen war sehr lecker, so dass wir tatsächlich immer im hauseigenen Restaurant gegessen haben. Die Zimmer sind hell und groß. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt.
