一家擁有米其林二星和米其林一星的餐廳的酒店。酒店很大，我們吃了日料創意的米一餐廳。前菜不錯，主菜不好吃。而且流水線很強。
酒店房間還可以，很大，但是陽台是梯田式，樓上可以看到樓下他們陽台在乾嘛，這個隱私上不是很好。陽台可以正看夕陽。門口就是一個小村的感覺，有超市有餐廳，去海邊很近，附近還有一個天體沙灘。早餐還不錯，就是服務員不怎麼樣。

A truly 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️luxurious and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Could simply not be faulted. Comfortable, spacious rooms; friendly and helpful staff; top notch food; excellent attention to cleanliness. Have just returned from Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, and will be back. Superb in every way.

From the warm welcome with champagne to the genuine come again goodbyes this was a five star experience. Lovely room, lovely restaurants, lovely small village La Caleta. The staff cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to make this enjoyable. Yes it’s a bit more expensive than other resorts but so what you get what you pay for, peace and quiet and great service. We will definitely be back

Amazing hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff who do their very upmost to make your stay as memorable as humanly possible. We arrived as the restaurant was closing but Andres got us booked in and quickly arranged for a colleague to call us when we got to our room so that we could food to be brought to the room. However this was not your typical room service food but a restaurant quality 3 course meal. The rooms are just as advertised, we opted for the junior suite with panoramic sea view (definitely recommend). The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and the cleaning team do an excellent job of maintaining this throughout our stay. Great location with a number of fantastic restaurants nearby which complement the equally excellent dining options the hotel offers. I was a little sceptical about the reviews I’d read before we visited but having been to hotel I can definitely say they were genuine. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so special, only wish we could have stayed longer.

From the second you arrive at the hotel you are immersed in a truly 5 * experience. Our stay far exceeded our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or indeed make a return visit. The attentive service from all staff, from housekeeping to the Guest experience team, the high standard of the rooms (the most massive and comfortable bed!), little touches as a bottle of wine and sweet treats when we arrived, to gift chocolates on our last evening and the peaceful and calm ambiance around the hotel made our 10 day stay extremely relaxing. The local fiesta did disrupt a few nights sleep but that's out of the hotels control. There's nothing negative to say about our stay and we were very sorry to have to leave when the time came!

Just returned from seven nights at this wonderful hotel over looking La Caleta. Our room on the 4th floor was a Junior Suite . It was large, modern, with a great balcony and so "comfy" sun loungers. Lovely to sit and watch the sun set. House Keeping was excellent. What made this hotel special is without doubt every member of their staff. From the pool to reception to house keeping. Everyone was efficient and friendly and willing to help. A real credit to the hotel and its management team.. We tended to spend the day on the 5th floor with its infinity pool. No problem in getting loungers in the morning but could get full later in the day. There is a nice bar and snack menu. We also enjoyed drinks in the evening at the bar on the 5th floor. We had dinner at their La Trattoria Italian restaurant. This is located in the "family" hotel and worth visiting the hotel to see the amazing reception cut into the rocks. Food and service was great. Breakfast had a mixture of buffet and menu items with waiter service and the selection was excellent. So much choice. We enjoyed Yoga and other classes in the morning with Olga. Very gentle and a nice way to start the day. We like to venture out of the hotel and La Caleta has plenty of nice restaurants for dinner and lots of other restaurants a short walk away. We spent fourteen nights at this wonderful hotel in La Caleta, Tenerife. Our room, a Junior Suite with a Panoramic sea view, had all the comforts and facilities you would expect from a five star hotel. Our private balcony with two quality sun loungers enhanced our experience. The biggest asset the hotel has is their staff. Whether male or female, cleaners, restaurant workers / bar staff, pool or reception staff they were all amazing. Smiles abounded, cheery helpfulness was the order of the day, day in day out. We were touched and incredibly impressed. The hotel’s facilities were all five star. The rooftop pool was a delight as was the main pool at ground level. Breakfast choices were amazing. Everything you could possibly want or need was available. Smoothies and fruit juice selections complemented breakfast. The jewels in the crown were the hotel’s two Michelin starred restaurants. The two star, El Ricon De Juan Carlos and the one star, San Ho. We dined at both these fantastic restaurants. Both nights were memorable. The food, wine and service exquisite. I have reviewed both restaurants independently. As an adults only hotel I have to say that our stay was both tranquil and thoroughly relaxing. Without reservation I would recommend you stay at the hotel

The most incredible hotel. Spotlessly clean, adults only for us, two pools, one rooftop, both heated to the right temperature. Here on a half board basis, with the food exceptional, breakfast as good as anything we've enjoyed. Evening half board offering, changes every night, with local produce, oysters, fish....the list is endless. We had a room with a hot tub, with a view of the bay, what a joy. Rooms, huge, clean, beds turned down nightly. However: the real gem are the staff. They are the most engaging, delightful, friendly and caring hotel staff we've ever met. They are a credit to the hotel and the island. Probably our favourite resort in the world we've ever stayed at.

Beautiful hotel lovely staff, rooms are excellent. Views from rooftop pool breathtaking. Breakfast varied & tasty. Starfish Restaurant highly recommended. In last 2 days while writing this. I have one criticism which slightly spoilt the pool experience & that is allowing people to smoke on sunbeds. Have had to move several times to avoid. Smoking should surely only be allowed at the sofa areas
