The garden is why you should come! The food left a lot more to hope for. To ambitious chef and far too little food on the plates. Very disappointing meny when you visit Umbria and don´t get food Italian style. The meny have far too few options with vegetables. This was a real disappoin**ent for us as foodies. At dinner the bartender could not make a Mojito, he put Rosemary in my drink. Breakfast is better but not great. Prepare yourself for a rough road up the hill to the hotel. Don´t come with a car that can´t take slopes and bad roads. Excellent service and very kind personel. Very quiet place, very quiet! The view is spectacular and the room is nice, not for people who have problem walking. Steps everywhere. No cutlery and plates in the kitchen in the room if you would like to shop something in the market and bing home to snack on. AC is not working in the bedroom and we had 34C in July. The pool area is very private and quiet. The pool meny is fresh byt not five-star. This hotel has a bit to go to be a five-star experience. The potential is there!

Had an amazing stay at this really gorgeous property. The rooms were spacious with good amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely go back.

Everyone at this hotel was amazing - Ricardo, Nick, and Camille, Seppe (I know I am forgetting others names - forgive me) were so gracious and attentive. Most wonderful hotel imaginable.

Great room in a beautiful location. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind. We stayed just for a vacation but this would be a great place for a wedding or other event

We cannot say enough about our stay at this beautiful property. The accommodations were over the top. Large villa with separate living area, spacious bedroom as well as bathroom with large shower. We had planned to tour the area and take in some wine tours and sites but really didn't want to leave. The grounds are expansive and gorgeous with spectacular views from everywhere. The pool and area are top notch with food and drinks available pool side. 5 star dining every night, great wine and breakfasts were fresh with tons of choice. I would highly recommend anyone wanting time to relax and enjoy a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of all other tourist areas of Italy to come here and be spoiled.

Property is brand new and very pretty. Not much to do, just relax and enjoy the views. Great service. Very nicely done and clean rooms. Would come back!

Arrivati davanti al cancello del borgo di San Giovanni si capisce subito di aver fatto la scelta giusta, la struttura è favolosa così come L accoglienza, personale molto giovane e cordiale pronto a darti dritte su cosa fare e cosa vedere in questa bellissima zona . La nostra suite canonica era incredibile bella calda con particolari di arredo e super tecnologica , il resort sposa al 100% la politica green ed è ecosostenibile in tutto!!! Ottima la colazione con prodotti a km 0 le crostate buonissime!!! Provato anche il ristorante eccezionale sempre con prodotti del territorio. La spa personalizzata è sicuramente la chicca di questo resort L idea di averla tutta per noi la rende unica ….la vista poi mentre usi la sauna e l idromasaggio vale il viaggio…..che dire più bravissimi non vediamo l ora di tornare

Riporto la mia meravigliosa esperienza. I borghi dell eremo sono un posto fantastico, purtroppo le foto non rendono merito. Tutto assolutamente perfetto, ho soggiornato nell stanza INCANTO bellissima. Pulizia impeccabile, plastic free. Colazione, aperitivi, spa tutto superbo. Lasciatemi infine ringraziare e lodare ION che si occupa del ristorante. Lasciatevi consigliare sui vini è un giovane sommelier ......le sue degustazioni sono una esperienza imperdibile. Grazie a tutti voi a presto
