La habitación en la que estuvimos era muy amplia, todo muy limpio. El desayuno es buffet y tiene mucha variedad.Estuvimos en el spa y nos gusto mucho,es bastante completo. El personal muy amable,desde la recepción,la persona que atiende el spa,la chica que estaba donde los desayunos y sobre todo destacar a Marina,la persona que se encargaba de limpiar las habitaciones, necesitamos de su ayuda y fué muy cordial y atenta en todo momento. Volveremos seguro

Las vistas la verdad que eran buenas mirando al mar…. Lo demás… empezando por la habitación las sabanas con migas de pan..o lo que fuere..y manchas de labial en las almohadas …el cabezal de la cama con manchas y las lámparas también…. A la hora de pedir un trago en el bar no nos ofrecieron nada y las demás mesas si que tenían pikoteo… a la hora del desayuno el mantel sucio y el zumo no es natural…los demás alimentos bien…los trabajadores amables.

Muy contentos en este hotel. Hemos venido en ocasiones anteriores y el trato y la atención de los empleados del hotel es excelente, recepción, limpiadoras y en el comedor. Del desayuno rico y completo. Únicamente solicitar si pudieran incluir productos sin azúcar para diabéticos (yogures sin azúcares añadidos, muesli o cereales sin azucar, que hoy en día hay de cualquier marca e incluso marca blanca, y galletas y/o algún bollo sin azúcar). Está muy bien situado, cerca de las playas. La habitación, limpia, acogedora y con todo lo necesario. Baño bien iluminado, sin bañera afortunadamente, encantados con la ducha. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, secador de pelo y caja de seguridad, que siempre viene bien.

Experiencia Lamentable Trato maleducado por parte del segurata, aporreando la puerta de la habitación a la 1 de la mañana porque el teléfono de la habitación no funciona. En vez de sugerir educadamente el bajar la televisión el guarda, por llamarlo de alguna manera, nos intimido y casi tenemos un altercado. Pero esto no es lo unico, al día siguiente el servicio del hotel ni disculp**** y casi echándonos en cara la situación. Encima, tuvimos unos compañeros de cafeteria muy desagradables como son la cucarachas. Finalmente, el gran problema es que las paredes son mas finas que el papel de fumar y te despierta la ducha de la habitación contigua a las 7 de la mañana. A modo de conclusión, hotel casposo venido a menos, en donde tiene un spa pequeñito para poder cobrarte 50 euros más por noche. ! No acudan a este hotel!

Mi primera reseña pública para este encantador hotel en Isla, Cantabria. Viajo mucho ahora más por placer y recomiendo este hotelito. Precios acordes. Habría que mejorar algunos detalles de las habitaciones quizás pero nada que empañe la estancia.

Una experiencia para repetir, restaurante exquisito y mucha limpieza y la atención de los camareros extraordinaria en especial yeyo y Sonia. Ubicación muy buena la playa muy cercana limpia y bonita...

El hotel muy bien la verdad, cumple con las expectativas: baño y habitación amplios, cama cómoda y desayuno adecuado también. En cuanto al restaurante; raciones adecuadas, platos con poco sabor y postres decepcionantes.

Todo muy correcto, la habitación amplia y limpia, se echaba de menos quizás un poco menos de ruido, y el spa muy bien, tiene muy buenas vistas al mar desde ahí y además te dejan a tu rollo…. El desayuno variado y buffet libre. Repetiremos seguramente
