Coconut Beach Villa! Beachfront! Private Pool! Couples or Families! Great Value!

Island time We throughly enjoyed our time in Turks and Caicos and at Coconut Beach Villa. The property was as described and in a beautiful location. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond anytime I had questions. I definitely wouldn’t take a star away for this, but I would recommend having an oscillating fan (or 2) in both houses. It helped tremendously during the day to keep the breeze flowing through the main room in the house.

Beautiful beach and wonderful house! Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla beach was the perfect place and setting for our intergenerational family vacation. The little ones (age 1, 3 and 5) played for hours on the beach and in the shallow, warm and turquoise water. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from our porches and found the kitchens well stocked for making memorable family dinners. Dana was always accessible when we had questions or concerns. The vendor situation other reviews talked about wasn't an issue at our end of the beach, although you do hear music up until about 8 pm. Be prepared to share the beach with others who drive and park nearby, but the private space for the villa is very spacious.
