Sunrise Beach Hotel

Nice hotel, but a bit old. For 5 old stars =)

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this hotel and resort . Perfect location to town and beach . Nice breakfast and well presented with everything you would want . The staff really make this hotel . Well cleaned throughout the and everyone so polite and helpful . Big shout out to Justine and all the bar team and the animation team , Sarah, Simon( best pancakes in Cyprus ) and Nellie under the direction of Aurelie who made our stay fun. Daniel the customer relations also deserves a shout out for his pleasant greetings and advice throughout our stay . The associated restaurants linked to the hotel also deliver quality food and service

Firstly I apologise for not naming staff. There were so many fabulous members and I would hate to leave anyone out. We were on a full board basis Our flight from NI meant that we weren't getting to this Hotel until very late evening. We were greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff. We were offered a glass of orange juice or champagne and a fresh filled baguette (as we had missed dinner) our bags were taken to our room which was spotlessly clean with a lovely view over looking the terrace, pool and a partial sea view. We returned to reception to use the computerised booking system for restaurants outside the Hotel complex. There were wonderful restaurants and as we were full board, similar to the hotel, once dinner was booked all we had to pay for were our drinks. I would advise anyone to try as many as possible however our favourites were the pan-Asian, Fishbone (at the sister hotel Sunrise Pearl Hotel), the Argentinian steak house and the Italian Breakfast is a tightly run ship with excellent Chef's and a great variety of Continental and cooked breakfasts. Towels are exchanged/refreshed when needed and the guys organising the poolside beds were extremely helpful and pleasant. The beach is located just off the hotel grounds. Its beautifully sandy with easy access to the ocean. Lunch again had great variety and the girl managing this (on a daily basis and then the restaurant in the evening) was so helpful, pleasant, efficient and just lovely. Our room had twin beds which were SO comfortable and had the best pillows I've experienced on holiday. The room was always left spotlessly clean and the bed linen also was very fresh and clean. The bathroom was modern (a large shower) with a good supply of towels and also a supply of shower gel if needed. ALL the staff (no matter what their role) always greeted you with a smile and a hello. I may get this wrong but Haris? (at the pool bar next to the kiddies pool) was great. He was very pleasant and after our first order he remembered what we liked for the rest of our stay :-) I can't recommend this hotel and the staff highly enough and I can't wait to go back.
