Narcissos Waterpark Resort

All I can say amazing amazing amazing. My boyfriend first time to Cyprus and it's stolen his heart .I have always loved Cyprus after 8years of traveling by far best hotel I been to. get location if U don't want a noisy night. All staff amazing and helpful. Mario absolutely amazing his little saying will stick with us lol . Waterpark amazing Food great good choice to Rooms cleaned daily fresh towels. Great beaches near by and beautiful little coves. Magic water show is a must. Only been back a day I wish I was still there. I would say hotel is under rated by jet 2 tho I say more like 4star .

We have had the best time at this hotel. When I read the reviews I was worried, but they were so wrong. All the staff are amazing they are so welcoming, and make time to chat to our children. The service was fantastic, ant meal times we were seated quickly. Once seated the drinks order was taken. As soon as the drinks and plates were empty the staff were there to take or ask for a refill. There is enough food and variety for everyone even the piccy eaters will find something. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. If we were still on the room they would come back later nothing was ever a problem. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The water park was fantastic for our children. Just out of the hotel are beautiful beaches. I really would recommend coming to this hotel. We would definitely go back there.

The hotel was great, food was good, always hot and plenty of choice. Pool area was good for everyone and kids loved the slides. short taxi ride to protaras strip.

We stayed at the Narcissos for 10 nights, returning just last night. I’ll be honest – after booking a year ago and reading some of the reviews back in April, I was tempted to change our holiday. But we decided to stick with it, thinking that in August anywhere will have the odd mishap. We’ve been to Cyprus around eight times over the years and absolutely love it. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed by friendly staff. On first impressions, we weren’t too happy with our room, especially considering we had booked a year in advance and it wasn’t cheap. However, we spoke to reception and by 11am the next day we were moved to another room, which we were really happy with. In my opinion, this hotel is underrated, and I’d encourage people not to be put off by some of the reviews. We had the best 10 days! The staff were amazing – they work incredibly hard, all day, every day. The food was lovely. Our children aren’t fussy eaters, but even so, we often eat out on holidays and didn’t feel the need to rush to restaurants this time (though Protaras does have some lovely ones). Drinks were also good. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to have glasses instead of plastic cups in the evening, but I do understand this is probably for safety reasons. There was never an issue getting a sunbed if you were up early, and for those who fancied a lie-in, the waterpark area opened at 10am so you could always grab one there. Entertainment seemed good for the younger ones, though our kids are a bit older now so we often went out in the evenings. Protaras itself is about €12 in a taxi or a 20-minute walk. The local cove beaches are stunning – just five minutes away. We even went swimming at Green Bay one morning and spotted turtles, which was a real highlight. Overall, this was a great holiday. The hotel isn’t a 5-star resort, but unless you’re paying £8k it’s not going to be. Honestly, we can’t fault our stay and would definitely recommend.

Just returned from 14 nights at Narcissos. We arrived just after midnight and were unhappy with our room, after a visit to reception the morning after we were moved rooms and which faced the pool and you could also see the sea. Pool area is great for both adults and kids. The food was of very good quality and there was plenty of variety and cooked well. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially in restaurant. Loved the bingo nights and water aerobics. Please do not be put off by reading the negative reviews, and as long as you don’t turn up expecting 4 star luxury, you won’t be disappointed.

My family returned from this hotel last week and we all absolutely loved it! I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews last year and nearly changed the hotel. I’m so glad I didn’t! Myself, my husband, mother and father in law and 2 children aged 12 and 16 spent 2 weeks at this hotel. We had 2 rooms and both were cleaned every day with fresh towels daily . The hotel grounds were clean and well looked after. The food was great, all 6 of us enjoyed every meal. There was lots of choice and all fresh and lovely. The omelettes at breakfast were great! All the staff are amazing and so friendly. From the cleaners to the bar staff to the restaurant staff, all amazing! The staff really do make this hotel. The drinks were good and great choice of cocktails. We booked into the a la carte restaurant one night, oh my god it was amazing! It was a meze meal and there was so much of it! Would highly recommend. You just book in at reception and get one visit per stay. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the main strip of Protaras or the bus stop is right outside the hotel and only 2 euros each. The main strip is really good, full of bars, restaurants and shops. Definitely worth a visit. The closet beach is a 5 minute walk and is gorgeous! Shallow crystal clear water. We would definitely return to this hotel. It definitely deserves to be a 4 star. Have been to lots of 4 star hotels and this hotel is better than most of them.
