Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

We had a great Time at the Hotel. Everything what we needed was taken care of. And especially the staff at the Restaurant waterfall was very friendly. The adult’s pool was perfect for us and quiet. Also was the sea close by. We had a standard Room with Seaview. The Room service cleans the rooms every day and was therefore clean. We also tried the massage. And it was so relaxing. We had with the Spa together a wonderful experience. Overall, we will come back as soon as we can. Greetings from Armin and Sarah

Everything was really good. The different options of eating outside of the hotel was a great idea but they did all become a bit samey. And ridiculous as it sounds the arms on the sunbeds don't recline back and become very uncomfortable. But all in all I would go back there in a heart beat. Great spec if you like swimming in the sea.

We spent actually in Sunrise Pearl hotel really amazing holiday. Staff was very helpful and ready to our requests on the reception and restaurant . We appreciate the unique reservation system for sunbeds in hotel . Kitchen is lovely and very tasty also for kids and we enjoyed it. Especially we want to award Charlotte , manager of restaurant . Very kind and professional . Comfortable beds , nice sea view and compliance sweet surprise before dinner . We just reserved next stay in hotel on eastern holiday.

We stayed at the Sunrise Pearl for the first time on the 25th September for 1 week. It’s our 6th time visiting Protaras but 1st time at this hotel, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it exceeded all our expectations. We don’t usually write reviews but after staying at this hotel, we can’t not this time as we always rely on reading reviews ourself when booking holidays. Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel, we received a lovely drink (some form of champagne cocktail possibly) Then, we checked into our room (we did choose a ‘sea view’ room) In the mini fridge, we received beer, wine, waters, coke and a fresh orange juice. That was all included, then we received 2 fresh bottles of waters everyday. Also every evening, a lady brought round 2 chocolates to our room & also asked if we needed anymore water, or fresh towels etc. It was such a lovely touch. We booked the Sunrise Pearl on a half board basis knowing that it included the ‘dine around’ option. When staying in Protaras, we always visit the Lemongrass and Marcello restaurants, so when we saw that these two restaurants were included, we knew we may aswel book the half board option. There is six restaurants you can choose from. We ate in (Lemongrass / Marcello’s / Reef / Hotel buffet restaurant) and then switched our ‘evening meal’ for a lunch option at the hotel on the other days. (As that’s something they let you do which we thought was great) If you have lunch at the hotel instead of having the evening meal, you still get a choice of starter, main & dessert, just like when you eat at all the other restaurants that are in the dine around option. The pool area is great. There is an adults only pool which is where we chose our beds to be. (Also next to the swim up bar) You choose your beds on the first day and they stay yours for the full week meaning no early get ups to put towels on the sun-beds. Every day, frozen flannels get brought around the pool and also fresh fruit. Also a nice touch. Overall, we found our first stay at Sunrise Pearl fantastic. All staff were very friendly and nothing seemed a problem. We were even impressed with the lifts in the hotel. Never seemed to be waiting long at all. Breakfast every morning was great. Unlike most hotels where you go up to get a coffee etc, the staff bring one to you which we liked as it seemed a better coffee than you get from the machines. We usually had either a latte or an iced latte. Breakfast was served until 10.30 every day (We found that between 9am - 9.45am the busiest) We can’t wait to go back to this hotel. It would be hard staying at any of the others now. Hopefully see you next year, Sunrise Pearl.

The Pearl hotel is amazing from the location the accommodation the choice of food and the staff are all perfect. We have been visiting this area for over 15years have stayed at the beach and The Pearl the last two years . Both hotels are great and the staff are so helpful Justine is just such a lovely person and always happy to see you. And all the staff at The Pearl have been great always there to help you no matter what. Vera on reception and of course the hotel manager alway go above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. Roll on September 25🤞🏻

just returned from our first visit to the sunrise pearl and spa in protaras. the room we had was a superior sea view room which was large with a very large comfy double bed . the bathroom had bath and shower which was good .take a slip matt in your luggage as standing in the shower was like and ice slaking ring so accidents could happen if you slip. air con very good. plenty of clothing storage. we stayed half board but if we went again we would possibly go bed breakfast as the only fault with this hotel was the evening meal choice and standard which at the best 1 star. breakfast great with loads of choice and the food at the pool dining area was very good so why the evening meals were so poor was beyond me. pool area good and been given your choice of sunbeds and brolly for the week was good. staff overall were brilliant through out our stay. location great right on the beach with the strip behind the hotel a short walk for the music and restaurant choice.
