Residence Inn Manassas Battlefield Park

Traveling for the first time for my new job was a little nerve wrecking to be honest but the staff at the hotel made things go smoothly and made the visit much better. Karla Medrano from the front desk was always a sunshine to see in the mornings. She made sure that everything was good and taken care of. Maria's breakfasts was a great first stop for everyone in the hotel and you could see it. I really recommend this residence inn if you are traveling to the manassas area. The property does have some beautiful trees around so make sure to take some time to see them!

Beware!!! Unprofessional business practices and Management does not recognize any accountability to Marriott affiliation or Bonvoy members. In October of 2022, I booked 2 1Bedroom Suites for an upcoming family reunion in June 2023. On 5/17/23, I received an email advising that my reservation had been placed in non-guaranteed status as the they were unable to process my credit card (although payment was not actually due until arrival). I was also advised that non-guaranteed reservations would be canceled by 4pm that day and the rooms released back into general inventory. I promptly called the hotel, provided my credit card information and was charged for both rooms at that time (problem solved or so I thought). On 5/27/23, I was called by the hotel and advised that they were overbooked by 21 rooms, and was offered to be relocated to a sister property much further away, defeating the purpose of the original stay in the first place. There was no offer for compensation for the inconvenience, despite Marriott's existing policy on these matters. What irks me the most is how a 107 room hotel can become overbooked by 21 rooms, they choose to inconvenience someone who has held a reservation for over 6 months, and they wait until 1 week before the reservation date to drop the bomb.

Very happy with room cleanliness, full kitchenette and accessible bathroom. Lots of fresh towels. Had been staying in more expensive 3 to 4 star places and this facility was equal or better than most.

Residence Inn has really friendly staff that make sure their guests settle down and have a good time beyond anything else! Would definitely recommend to anyone 100%. Breakfast especially is delicious!

Judy Minnis is the best! She was so helpful, considerate and fun to talk to! She answered all of our questions (we had a lot of them) and showed kindness our entire stay! Great hospitality. Thank you Judy!

Good day! So, long story short, two hickory trees fell on our home and our insurance company sent my family to The Residence Inn in Manssas....it turned out to be a 6 month stay as the supply chain story proved to be true for us, as the rebuild took almost 7 months, in which time, we spent with Arlene, Karla, Maria, Adelita and her staff as well as Judy and many other amazing individuals who, certainly and willing went above and beyond for us on a daily basis. My family spend the fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as New years, Valentines and many room calls for this and that, with out falter. They treated us as family. I appreciate each of you and all your staff and thank you all for making our family feel like yours's. Jason Tristan & Alli!!
