Aimee and Megan were very helpful. So smiley at seven o’clock in the morning and gave us tooth paste when we forgot ours. Would definitely stay again. The room was clean and we both slept very well on the comfy bed. Bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was also very good

In the morning I discovered that I had slept on some disgusting stains on the mattress protector. And I thought I was doing the cleaner a favour! Warning! Check bedding upon arrival. There was no response from the feedback so here it is for all to see 🤢

I have stayed at a lot of premier inns for business reasons and I’ve never met such friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. Kaya and Ash were amazing and made my stay the best ever looking forward to coming back and staying here again next time.

Great hotel experience. Special shout out to Natalie and Aimee for being extra helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff go the extra mile. Rooms are lovely and clean and it’s local to the motorway. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at

Aimee, Chris, and Nat were amazing, really friendly and welcoming. They made our experience at this hotel to be the best. We had a really good time and a great laugh. The rooms were nice and tidy, you know what you are getting with a premier inn with the rooms, it's the staff that make the experience.

Friendly and efficient staff. Always willing to assist when needed. Aimee and Nat especially, and a great breakfast from Chris. Rooms were clean and tidy Planning to come back to Bolton in future and will be definately choosing this hotel.

Excellent value but the room looked tired and just one chair between two people was ridiculous. Also I didn’t like being pressed to say which half hour segment we would be having breakfast (for which we had already paid) despite explaining we were going to a function so weren’t sure what time we’d be getting up. That said the breakfast team were super friendly, smiling and helpful

Basic, comfortable hotel room. I was away for business and had intended to continue working into the evening. This was made very difficult by ineffective WiFi.

Stayed in this hotel twice now while on business trip. Room was ok, comfortable sleep, comfortable temperature. Service in restaurant is good, friendly staff, nice breakfast, they will cook eggs for you if required. Menu is very limited and there was no tartar sauce but I only was told when fish was served to me. Lobby, lift and entrance are shockingly dirty and this is first thing you see as you arrive.
