Excellent location - across the beach and all is walking distance. The staff were professional but yet very friendly and extremely accommodating!! Jason was most gracious and always willing to assist. Front desk staff, servers, kitchen staff and maintenance, could not have done more to ensure that our stay would be pleasurable. The room was very nice, fabulous view and well maintained!! Would Recommend!!!

Great location in Praia, right on the beach, and a nice hotel. However, I think they should do some updates. For example, the flooring on the balcony seemed a bit wobbly (not a structural issue) and could pinch the foot of a little one. The breakfast was nice and fresh and the coffee was great. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The view of the beach was nice and restaurants were close. It’s worth a look if you plan on staying in Praia.

We did not actually stay at this hotel, but I had an interaction that is worth mentioning. We were exploring the area in front of the hotel when I had a mishap. Nothing major, but I certainly needed some attention. We entered the hotel seeking some assistance, and the front desk staff could not have been more helpful. I'm sure they knew we weren't guests there, but that didn't matter. I'm sure that level of service is also extended to anyone staying there.

Clean, comfortable room, good shower, quiet, charming location on the sea front. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet although not huge, was appetizing and hot food looked freshly cooked. Great restaurant virtually next door.

Friendly staff that is multi-lingual. Suite rooms with kitchen was perfect was an extended stay. Amazing breakfast that caters to personal requests. Beautiful room views of the marina a s walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Muito caro para o tipo de alojamento. A casa de banho está completamente desatualizada. Tínhamos uma janela virada para as traseiras com vista para uma parede. Pequeno almoço muito fraco. O staff foi muito agradável . A zona tem outros hotéis de quatro estrelas muito superiores

Hotel numa localização privilegiada, mesmo em cima da praia. Já se notam alguns pormenores que precisam de renovação mas mesmo assim é confortável , asseado e tem um staff simpático e diligente. Ficamos num estúdio virado para o mar que dá para um casal mais 1 filho uma vez que possui uma zona de estar com um sofá que se transforma numa cama confortável e um quarto com uma grande cama King size, isto para além de uma casa de banho com duche e banheira e de uma pequena cozinha completamente equipada. Fica situado numa zona central, a 4 km do aeroporto, a partir da qual se pode aceder facilmente a qualquer ponto turístico da Ilha. O pequeno almoço e bastante bom. Possui um pequeno parque de estacionamento gratuito de 4 lugares que só conseguimos usar uma vez, mas há bastante espaço para estacionar gratuitamente a 150m do hotel.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer gab es jeden Tag eine grosse Flasche Mineralwasser. AirCon und WLAN funktionieren sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet ist gut. Wir hatten zwar keinen Balkon und keinen Meerblick, aber dafür ein preisgünstiges Angebot.
