Great location and convenient to everywhere. But this hotel doesn’t provide ice bar, kettle, cups and etc. You need to bring to there. The washroom door frame is broken but nobody repairs it. Means it can’t be closed. Check-in counter staff are nice and friendly. They proactively provide an umbrella for us.

Chose the Florentinum as have stayed at others of the Motel One chain and haven't been disappointed. As usual, excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to the tram or metro for connections to the airport and is easy walking distance to all the main city centre attractions. The staff were extremely accommodating on arrival, well before check in time, and allowed us to dump our group's bags in rooms that were already prepared. I forgot to note the young man's name but he went the extra mile by helping four old guys to print off our boarding passes, so thanks to him. The room was of a good size, the bed very comfortable, with a great shower. As always, it was spotless. Chose, again, to partake of the breakfast which has a wide choice and good value. The Florentinum was further proof the Motel One is always a savvy choice.

Very nice hotel. Very kind staff. Definetely p/p is %100. Evendough we stayed in there on chris**as (which is heavy season) they helped us a lot. Even if we checked out they kept our luggages safe in hotel till we leave the city. Thanx a lot

Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive to any requests. The room was bright, clean and spacious. The overall area was quiet, and a very short distance to teams and subways.
