It was very far from the center. The guy who was working to the pool it was very rude. Hotel was like an labirent. To save energy you have open the lights at the corridors.

Except the hotel location, I like the hotel. Got a good Breakfast included in the Hotel booking. Did Sauna (only 1 was working) and Swimming in just 8€/Hr. Steam bath and Hot spring bath was not in service also. Overall, stay was value for money.

It was in a good location. The staff is very lovely and friendly.

Wifi was iffy in the room. Staff was okay. No laundry services.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. Breakfast was a buffet style.

Great hotel, breakfast was really good, overall the place is nice. However, the hotel is very far from the city centre so location is not perfect if you're looking to explore Prague. Pillows are terrible, bring your own! But the place is nice :)

방 컨디션 좋아요. 단체 손님들이 수련회나, 관광 시 이용하는 클래식한 숙소 느낌입니다. 그래서 밴이나 관광버스로 접근하기 용이한 거 같아요. 개인이 대중교통으로 이 숙소 이용하기엔 도심에서 너무 멀어서 쉽지 않을 거에요. 사진은 조식입니다

Hotel muy grande con muchos servicios, buen desayuno, lejos del centro y la atención por el tamaño del hotel no es lo buena que podría ser

Muy lindo. Un poco lejos del centro, y la habitación, la verdad, esperábamos mas, viendo como es la recepción. Sin embargo si muy bonito.

Das Hotelzimmer an sich für den günstigen Preis (Block C) besser als erwartet. Das Frühstück grundsätzlich auch in Ordnung (Steigerung ist möglich) - aber: Frühstück bis 10.00 Uhr aber bereits um 09.15 Uhr wurde das Buffet weggeräumt wärend wir noch gefrühstückt haben. Auf meine Frage darüber wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es noch einen zweiten Frühstücksraum gibt und in diesem gibt es noch etwas, wir können dort gerne weiterfrühstücken (?). Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel und die war eine Katastrophe!! In der Nacht lärmte ein andere Gast aus Block B gegenüber mit lautem Gebrüll und Gesang aus seinem offenem Fenster bis ca . 3.00 Uhr früh!! Im 2. Stock vom Block C (unter uns) waren viele Jugendliche untergebracht die es dem aus Block B nachgemacht haben (inklusive Schreiduelle zwischen den Blöcken) und fürchterlich laut waren (Geschrei mit dem Typen aus Block B sowie Gesang, Gegröhle inkl. Soundblaster am Fenster. Ich war auch in der Nacht bei der Rezeption mich beschweren, mir wurde gesagt es gibt eine Security die sich kümmern wird. Die sind aber unsichtbar geblieben. Ich konnte die Jugendlichen um 2.00 Uhr selbst erfolgreich überzeugen sich nun angemessen zu verhalten. Der Gast aus Block C hat dann noch alleine weitergemacht war aber durch unser geschlossenes Fenster nicht mehr so arg hörbar.

Hotel jak hotel. Klasyczne śniadanie. Przystanek autobusowy przed hotelem, 3 przystanki do metra, ostatecznie można ten kawałek przejść pieszo wracając w nocy z koncertu :)

Terrible hotel, the worst I've ever been to. Paid for a bed, received a broken auxiliary bed. One day they were without soap, another day without toilet paper, one day the maid was neither there nor left towels. Unpleasant and arrogant staff, they didn't want to do anything about any of our remarks. Everything was dirty, the food was terrible, half the hotel ended up vomiting and having diarrhea. we hired a refusenik. a complete disaster, they ruined our vacation.

We came for 10-days vacation and chess tournament in August 2024. Room: very large. Bathroom has some kind of jakuzi, but no physical glass or anything to separate it from the rest of bathroom, it was water all around after shower - in addition, must keep shower in hand. Room is clean, no issue there. TV is small on only table in room, so if you want to watch, have to take chair and sit in front of it. Food: decent on quality side, but poor choices, every day same 3-4 meals. Maybe breakfast was the best of all other meals. Internet - I couldn't connect from room to one meeting I have, keep disconnecting. Lobby area was little better. But still - unacceptable for today world. Hotel this size should at least have very good net. Outside terrace - they are locking the door at 10PM!!! Same as lobby bar . Did I mention - no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel? What make impressions better is Prague itself, worth visit every penny. Top Hotel - not at all.

A decent experience during our stay in Prague - the TOP hotel Prague ... looks like a hotel from the communist era - refurbished to the 20 century... still very decent. We've got a simple room , spacious with 2 twin beds pushed together, comfortable and clean. Bathroom also very clean - and to top it - they've got daily housekeeping. The hotel is huge - we had our rooms in the B block - but they have most likely more than 1000 rooms ... so yes it is huge. Breakfast - very good I would say - you've had a lot of good options to choose from - so in the morning you could have a real treat. Parking spaces also plenty on site and the front desk staff was very friendly. I would say a very good and correct price to quality ratio. We did not use the pool, the gym or the tennis courts , but those were available for the guests. Overall a very decent hotel - a bit dated , a bit in need of refurbishment, a bit reminding the guest of the days before 1989 ... but still a very decent option if you are looking just for accommodation and breakfast - if that is the case - try it - TOP hotel Prague.
