VN17 Apartments by Adrez Living

Very disappointed. I regularly organize custom made trips and try and give what the client wants. Nowhere on the website did it say that the type of rooms I booked would have a view facing neighbors windows. The rooms them selves are the same as anywhere else. There is plenty of places in Prague to stay. The only reason you would book this is because of location and view. My clients had no problem paying more it was about the experience and not the price and the managers response was nothing more than ‍♂️

If you are looking for Just location , it’s perfect place to stay. other than that there is nothing else to offer by the property , it’s on a terrace of a commercial building, you don’t feel like you are in a apartment or a hotel . # They charge you for towels even after taking 300 euros for a day ( They expect you to use same towel for 3 days ) # I had to send 4 reminders for getting the key details , even after 4 reminders they didn’t send mail properly and then i had to send mail to there customer service team to get a proper response # My property was booked as city view and i was given a junkyard view ( i lost my faith on there communication completely, so decided to stay wherever and what lever i got ) # They overcharged me by almost 5% in name of currency conversion and when complained , they asked me to speak to my bank ( hillarous) # There are 100s of properties available in prague with much cheaper rate , try other better options

Spent a couple of nights at this hotel and it was not as good as expected. First our reservation made by the hotel for car park was mixed up which meant that we could not park at the location. They have helped to find a different location but it took 4 months to get the refund for the first place and we had to involve the credit card company. The flat was very warm and the air conditioning was not able to cool the place down. The location is perfect though.

Brilliant apartments, so clean, spacious. Contactless check in went very well with excellent customer service, very friendly and the perfect location in the centre of Prague. Would stay here again! Thank you for the visit! We will be back!

L'appartement est très bien situé au coeur du centre ville historique de Prague à 2 pas de la vieille ville. Il propose une jolie vue sur la ville car situé au dernier étage en rooftop. Séjour agréable car l'appartement est bien équipé et calme.

Il n’y a plus d appartements Ils prennent l’argent et ne donnent pas suite à la réservation Nous sommes allés sur place le concierge de l’immeuble nous a dit que la société avait disparue Partagez l’information svp que notre perte d argent ( 900 euros ) serve à d’autres
