Excellent location right at the back of Tyn Church and near the Astronomical Clock / Charles Bridge. Located in a quiet area but with excellent restaurants and pubs within strolling distance. A small 12 room hotel with 2 rooms per floor off the main stairwell. We had a top (6th) floor room which was huge: King Bed, Wardrobe, Dresser, Table and Sofa. Double Wardrobe and fridge/coffee area in passageway with 2 x double wardrobes leading to huge bathroom. No balcony as advertised in the room description which was a disappointment. Downstairs there is a Reception on right of the main door and a lounge bar to left with the Breakfast Area in the basement. Breakfast good choice of hot/cold food and fruit juices / coffee available. Reception only opens at 8am - 8pm with access outside of these times by room key only, which was not to my personal liking. This is not a 4 star hotel, but a superb B&B. Airport transportation was arranged by the hotel even though we had a 9pm arrival and 7am departing flight. Taxi driver contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm that he was waiting for us and accepted 85 crowns in cash each-way. It was value for money but the disappointment for me was I tend to stay in 4* hotel chain so to find a room key waiting on the bar on arrival and no 24 hour reception open was a shock to the system. I guess the room rate gave the game away as I thought I was getting a bargain. I would like to return to Prague and stay in the same area but would look to stay in a more superior hotel rather than what felt like a converted apartment block. Don't get me wrong, the staff are lovely and the actual room size was fantastic. It could do with a lick of paint here and there and more up-to-date decor as it's a bit 1980's. Thank you, we did enjoy our stay.
