Beautiful farmhouse type or old fort or heritage property. Beautiful spacious rooms and bathrooms too. Food is excellent and reasonable like 750 for breakfast and 950 for dinner per person. Lush greenery and very quiet place.

We had booked into a deluxe room and were put in R5 - if this was deluxe then!!! I will add some photos to show what this room was like - they speak for themselves! The food was awful - the worst we encountered in India.

This old, converted mansion offers a series of colour co-ordinated and well finished rooms (located in both the main house and the buildings flanking the rear elevation). At the rear of the property there is a large lawned area where there is adequate seating for relaxing and a firepit in the evening. (You'll also find a double swinging seat and chip monks here.) Details: 1. ROOMS: Secured with a padlock on the exterior double doors, the rooms boast large double beds, aircon, heater, hair dryer, wifi and safe (although our safe was just left loose in the wardrobe). 2. EN SUITE: Modern bathroom, sufficient hot water (but remember to flick the switch for this 30 minutes before you want it) & toiletries. 3. FOOD: Great food although the choice at breakfast was a little restricted (but remember that this place is fairly isolated). 4. FACILITIES: There is a plunge pool (that we managed to fit 4 people in for a swim), it isn't heated but extra towels are provided. 5. STAFF: Very friendly 6. OTHER: As other visitors have commented, this hotel is fairly isolated with only the village next door to explore (to be honest we found this very relaxing but if you are looking for a lot of night life then...). All in all, we'd rate this as the best hotel on our tour.
