Had a Aircon leak in the middle of the night in room 812. Called reception and a engineer was at my door in less than 5 minutes! Spent 20 minutes trying to fix the leak but unsuccessful. Assisted in calling and organising a room change. The service in this hotel is just fantastic! I left my jabra ear plugs in the room and they found it and called me, eventhough i had checked out and already in Bangkok. On my next visit, it was returned to me. I like the pool, the japanese food in the cafe and the hotel proximity to Lotus supermarket. My slight dislike is they don't give me a new toothbrush everyday. This means I am stuck with a small little tube of toothpaste from the 1st toothbrush pack for 7 days!
