The kitchen has a for person island, dishwasher, gas stove, and large refrigerator. There is an open wood burning fireplace with comfy fireside chairs in the kitchen. The adjoining pantry features a bar setup with beverage fridge. A rear mudroom features an additional half bath and access to the rear yard and backyard. This yard is fully fenced in, features a gas grill, a fire pit, and deck (coming by late summer 2024).
