Villa Francesco Luxury Suites

I don’t usually write reviews, but when a hotel and its staff go above and beyond, they deserve their flowers. So, here’s the whole experience. We booked a private transfer from Naples airport through the hotel, and our driver, Eugenio, was just lovely. On the way from the airport, he even stopped off at a beautiful spot so we could take some cute photos and grab a lemon slush— such a sweet start to the holiday. He had cold water in the car (needed after landing in the Italian heat), kept in touch by text, and was ready and waiting for us at the airport. There were only two of us, but we had a huge minivan — perfect if you’re travelling with more people. When we arrived at the closest point to the hotel, the staff were straight there to grab our bags from the street. We were welcomed with a lovely drink while checking in, and the place is spotless and smells amazing — I actually copied their fragrance so I can always remember this trip. Now, the room… DO NOT hold back on booking the Fornillo Room here( the one with the hot tub). You’ll spend so much time in your base town, and having that hot tub with THAT view was honestly the highlight of my holiday. I can’t even explain how incredible it was — morning, day, or night — sitting in that tub, hot or cold, overlooking the sea. It’s hands-down the best view I’ve ever had in my life from a hotel. We ordered a lot of room service ( wine and daiquiri’s) and — the bottles of wine was reasonably priced, beautifully presented meals, and little snacks all brought to the room. Everything was done so nicely. The breakfast is also super cute, especially with the sea right in front of you. And the staff? From the luggage guys to front desk to the chefs and to the cleaners — all so friendly and genuinely wanting to look after you. I also love that the hotel would message to ask if you wanted your room cleaned. That’s such a thoughtful touch, and I’ve never had a hotel go out of their way like that. It feels personal and shows they care. I want to thank every single one of them, including our taxi driver. Italians really are such warm, lovely people. The location was perfect for us. We love Positano but didn’t want to be right on the main beach. Staying here, about 15 minutes from the centre, meant we got to discover gorgeous cocktail bars and restaurants along the way. If you’re older or not into hills, taxis are easy to get — but we didn’t mind walking. Honestly, you won’t be disappointed. The hotel has thought of everything — even a free minibar stocked daily with soft drinks. It’s absolutely beautiful, the service is amazing, and that hot tub view will live in my head forever. I love this hotel, and I know you will too.

The property is brand new with elegant rooms & spectacular views. The staff are exceptional! Hospitable, welcoming & helpful & exceptionally friendly! The buffet breakfast has a great variety of great food & their welcome drink is phenomenal. I would have decently stayed my remaining 2 nights in Positano but they don’t have a pool….yet! There is one going in at the end of the year & that will be the icing on the top for this spectacular stay. 10/10 would recommend!

The best place you can stay in Positano! Staff is excellent, attention to detail is unmatched, the amenities and views were breathtaking plus our room was full with all the perks you can imagine, everything was PERFECT! You will have the best views of the Mediterranean sea and Positano from your private Villa, what else can you ask for! We 1000 % recommend Villa San Francisco Luxury Suites. You will not regret it!

Loved absolutely everything about our stay here. Beautiful villa, stunning rooms and views, and the hot tub was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be staying here again!
