The third floor has two bedrooms and a living room with a full bath. The kitchen is large and has an island with seating for four. Stainless appliances with toaster and microwave. The outside patio has an electric grill. Seating for 10 outside. Inside has fast wifi, smart TV that you can sign into your favorite streaming services. A third floor living room offers some quiet space. Guest access Guests have access to most of the home.
