Awful place, not worth any penny. Old and dirty room, not as the photos on the application. Lifts were not working. Walking distance to room was 3-4 mins, isolated room no service person around. Room door card was problem, it was working after 9-10 times tried. Couldn’t sleep due to the dust in the room.

Room is cosy and bigger than normal room size. Convenience location which near the Guay Wharf and University of Portsmouth. There has many store and convenient shop near hotel.

非常喜歡這家酒店，房間非常乾淨明亮，比圖片上明亮很多，我們入住的房間也比圖片上大許多，前台笑容温暖可親。入住在這裏，如同進入小型海軍博物館，牆上的圖片更是給港灣裏停靠的勇士號戰艦，增加了幾分温暖。距離海灣步行5分鐘，距離朴茨茅斯港火車站6分鐘。設施雖然老舊，但在三鑽酒店裡已經非常好了。

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a cozy pub for lunch and drinks and a nice restaurant for a traditional English breakfast and a delicious selection for dinner. The location was perfect and walkable to all the sights of the Dockland of Portsmouth and the outlet shops in the Spinnaker complex.

Great location for visiting the Historic Dockyards for the Mary Rose, HMS Victory etc. Very friendly and efficient staff, quiet clean room and an interesting building. Great value for money and would stay again.

Adam on receptionist made me feel welcome as did Amy in the restaurant. Enjoyed fact that the hotel had a library. Room was clean and i had a good nights sleep. No noise. The only drawback is the limited parking I had to park in the Multi storey carpark -which was opposite the Hotel and to be fair the Hotel provided a discount on the parking fee. I would definitely stay there again

Nice quiet and peaceful with excellent access to shops and tourist attractions! Brilliant staff all of whom go way and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Was visiting our son in the RN and wanted a place to stay near the dock. Can't fault this place. It is obviously some sort of hub for the RN as well, associations, support, etc and very heavily RN themed. Rooms were clean but basic, bed was great. Breakfast a serious offering if you wanted a good start to the day. Parking is limited but the hotel sells parking vouchers for local streets at £4.50 for 25 hours. Would certainly use it again

Our room Could have done with a refresh and a shower would have been better but overall pretty good .

I paid for three nights at this hotel and upon arriving the receptionist was very rude and very dismissive. The floor where my room was located smelt of fresh paint which made me very dizzy. The paint smell also trickled into the room. Immediately after i got into the room i realized i couldn’t stay in the room. The bedsheets looked dirty, the appliances were old and rusty. The lighting in the hotel was dark and gloomy.I informed the receptionist of my discomfort and she quickly told me to leave the hotel if i don’t like and she would not be offering a refund. I ended up paying a very nice hotel next to it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it did not even feel safe staying there.

Enjoyable stay. Standard room was clean and comfortable. Great shower. Needed to put the Please Clean tag on you doorknob or you didnt get your room serviced. Not far to walk from attractions. Its a bit tired looking but did the job

Very comfortable and clean, though the decor was rather dated. Coffee and tea making facilities very useful. Great location for Naval Dockyard.

We stayed here for a second time over the last year. Ideally located for the harbour train station and dockyard attractions. If you’re looking for luxury, this isnt the place to stay but it’s well priced and provides everything we needed for an overnight stay in Pompey. Breakfast is well priced and has a good selection but does need a decent coffee service added.
