Exceptionally clean, great food and courteous staff, overall an outstanding experience. Also staff was able to communicate in English which was very helpful as I am not an Italian speaker. Meal service was outstanding , and prices were reasonable for the quality of food served . I would definitely return in the future

Hotel Baia del Porto is a gorgeous place, elegant and charming. Thanks to the sofisticated taste of the owner, Mrs Maria Teresa, who has been able to create a magic atmosphere, Baia del Porto can be counted among the best hotels in the area. Supported by a woman of great character and attention, Mrs Donatella, who is able to grasp the needs of each guest, the hotel can be considered unique. I can not mention each member of this great team by name, but I just want to thank  all of them for the great kindness and availability. I will take these beautiful memories with me.

I am very happy with the services of sunrise group animators. The hotel and the beach are very good. September is a bit risky if you are planning to go to the beach everyday. Some of the children facilities are broken and the breakfast has always been the same. However the quality of the food is very good and the staff is very friendly.

The lower score of this hotel is purely and mainly for the fact that when booking it the service and products were miss-sold; when reserved the resort i was sold the package as "all inclusive" as i was travelling with two kids and i always book All-Inclusive for being hassle-free; Dubai, Mexico, Spain and Maldives were the most recent ones with real "All Inclusive". Unfortunately Baia del Porto really only offers Full Board which is fine if that is what they would advertise their resort for and sell holiday packages for what they are. I have a full email reservation stating Full Inclusive (as per my sister, brothers and parents reservations) but to my surprise i was given a full board accommodation in exchange for paying a Full Inclusive package. Nothing is included (as the term full inclusive would imply), not even coffees at breakfast - unless you want to use those service stations type of machines where no matter what type of coffee you chose they all taste the same. Real coffees from the proper machine, tea's and any other hot drinks are extra and need to be paid for; juices are included, however they are those super diluted juices from a 15 litre cartoon sold on industrial scale. At lunch and diner services water is included as well as the house wine, that comes opened at the table and taste exquisite (NOT); my guess is any left overs would be pored back into bottles for next service!!! Its very annoying paying all inclusive prices and have a basic full board delivered, where coffees, juices for your kids and ice creams are charged extra; one of the main reasons people go full inclusive is to pay the service before hand and not having to carry cash or settle an additional bill at the end of the holiday; we all know how often kids would want drinks and snacks and we all felt extremely mislead and miss-sold for what we actually received. Shame as the bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and extremely polite. Another mar down was that we all booked the resort in Nov 2021 and by the time we went in Aug 2022 we didn't even had the meal table together as a family and had to argue - if we can call it that - and request it several times; only on day three (out of 7) we managed to all sit together. But the cherry that spoilt it all was when we asked for a wedding cake; it was discussed, chosen and agreed on cost on the second day, this was for 50th wedding anniversary, we were told we couldn't bring anything from outside the resort as they had their own pastry chef (that's fair enough and we accepted that), however on the actual day we were presented with TWO frozen strawberry cheesecake that would have been served at the normal buffet either at lunch or dinner. You can imagine the atmosphere and the disappointment of us all and mainly my parents, needless to explain it!! SUPER CONSIGLIATO Un esempio di eccellente ristorazione, igiene, arredi minuziosamente scelti con gusto e stile. Mia figlia e mio genero, ci hanno fatto conoscere Baia del Porto qualche giorno prima del loro matrimonio, anche con il brutto tempo tutto era impeccabile, dall ingresso all interno dell Hotel, la Signora Maria Teresa gentilissima e altamente professionale, disponibilissima a tutte le nostre richieste. La mattina del matrimonio del 7 maggio 2022, tutto è stato così magico, gentilezza e cortesia è stata la base al nostro arrivo...pioveva a dirotto, ma questo non ha limitato la loro disponibilità nei nostri confronti, la pulizia dall esterno all'interno, giardino, ristorante,piscina, personale qualificato e altamente professionale, staff eccellente, sempre col sorriso e disponibilità a 360°. Insomma Tutto perfetto, Tutto straordinario!!! Dall aperitivo al SUPER Pranzo, di alta qualità, non da ⭐⭐⭐⭐stelle, ma bensì meritatissime le cinque ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stelle. Grazie di cuore a tutti voi...❤

Hotel molto bello,arredato con gusto nei minimi particolari, atmosfera accogliente,il cibo è eccezionale,si mangia benissimo,pietanze saporite e ingredienti freschi,vorrei fare i miei complimenti e ringraziamenti alla CHEF SILVIO che guida la cucina dell'hotel in maniera eccellente,vorrei invece fare una critica alla gestione della sala, c'è sempre tanta fila per accedere al buffet e lo spazio è talmente ridotto che si mangia uno attaccato all'altro... prendetela come un osservazione per migliorare e non come un'offesa. Detto questo spero di tornare in questo luogo magico.
