Loved this place so much, it looked exactly the same as those pictures on website. Helpful and friendly staff! Wide variety of tv channels were available. Perfect place for you to stay in Porto.

在聖本篤車站旁邊，到任何景點都非常方便。房間內有廚房和洗衣機，讓我旅行中有家的感覺，服務人員也非常親切。房間又大又新。

The most perfect short term rental I have ever stayed in. So much thought brought to the entire apartment. Exceptionally beautiful, soundproof, and in the VERY BEST, MOST CENTRAL location in Porto. Staff were very gracious. They even have the ability to store our luggage for some hours after checkout.

Very lovely and high quality hotel located in the center of all tourist sites. We enjoyed our stay in such spacious, clean, and luxury hotel. The staff are very helpful and our conversations started weeks before we even arrived. They provided us great recommendations on food, dining spots, and much more. From in room amenities and supplies, you can feel they put in a lot of thoughts to make it cozy but unique. Highly recommend this place for travelers!

Absolutely perfect and this places deserves a much higher ranking and a 10 star! Location - you can’t get more convenient than this. Everything is simply around you, walking distance to anywhere everywhere for touristy spots. It’s directly above the S.Bento station so easily connected to the airport. Moreover, cafes, restaurants and shops are all around. Main bus 500 brings to you to other places super easily. The hotel is like a pit stop for me to take breaks whenever I want. Service from staffs - tip top from the beginning til the end. Good English speakers, warm and helpful. They provide all informations required before and during stay. They made me feel soooooo welcomed. Room - this is like a jackpot for me the moment I stepped into the apartment. Oh wow, everything is nicely done up, exquisite decorations, modern and complete. I think they made it very instagrammable! Bed and sofas are so plushed and cushy. There’s a small balcony overlooking the city view if you like people watching while enjoying breakfast or coffees. Kitchen is fully equipped although I didn’t use it. Bathroom is of very good size. Oh yes, room is soundproofed very well too! Safety - feel so safe here even late after midnight. It’s central, fully lit and people are around. Reception is 24/7 so you will always have somebody to help you. The main door is key lock control so it’s secured. Another pleasant surprise was when I didn’t expect to receive a bottle of wine and a nice note from the mgmt on NYE to celebrate the crossing to the new year. They really have nice thoughts for everything! They also provided breakfast services and picnic baskets for sunsets should you wanna opt for them. I must say they really put lots of attention and details to everything. I am so happy to have stayed here for the special occasion. I would recommend to anyone who comes to Porto. How can I explain what an amazing stay I had at S. Bento Residences? The check in was perfect. I arrived early so they took my luggage while I exited the city. They sent me a WhatsApp to let me know that the room was ready. When I finally arrived my bags were already inside the condo and the front desk guy gave me a tour of the place to figure out where everything is. The first thing that I thought when I came in was “wow, look at that view”. The apartment had a great view of the Cathedral and of the Clerics Tower. The only bath thing about this place is that I never wanted to leave. I just wanted to sit in my living room drinking some amazing Portuguese wine and look at the view. But if you do want to venture out everything is within walking distance and extremely close by, makes it handy when you think you’re running late for your Duoro Valley wine tour but thankfully is right across the street! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!!

The apartment was solid (looked like the photos), and this is as downtown Porto as possible. Porto is as if San Francisco and Barcelona had a baby. Fantastic city, and it was wonderful to stay at the S. Bento Residence.

The location of the S.Bento Residences is terrific: across the street from the São Bento Station, the São Bento Metro stop, which has a lift and the Living Tours office, which is the meeting point for day tours to the Douro Valley. The studio we stayed in (line A facing the side of São Bento Station behind the façade of the old original building rather than facing Av. Dom Afonso Henriques) is beautifully decorated and light, as pictured on the website. However, it did seem smaller than the pictures suggest. There are two steps from the entry area to the living space, which was very clean except for the carpet, which is stained. The sofa, side chair and bed are quite low. There’s no closet, just a rail with hangars in the living area. A luggage rack or two would have been nice. The bathroom is very small with almost no room around the sink for toothpaste and toothbrushes. There is some storage under the sink. The shower has a handheld attachment with several settings. The shower partition only partially blocks water, so you have to be careful where it’s directed. The bath towels are lovely: large and thick. However, they are only replaced every three days. Washcloths are not provided so bring your own. Although there’s a washing machine, it cannot be used as a dryer, which would have been handy after we got soaked in a thunderstorm. The staff kindly gave us a drying rack. They patiently answered several questions during the booking process. One thing to watch for: although we had already paid for our entire stay, upon arrival we were asked to pay again. That error was fixed immediately. There’s only a tiny reception area and lift (no lobby). On the ground floor, there’s a trendy-looking burger restaurant that’s opened late, which we didn’t try. Ubers had no problem picking us up or dropping us off at S.Bento Residences.
