Complete Fraud Arrived at 12-30 for a seven night booking and hotel closed telephone reception no answer claim to be open 24 hours a day ,!booked another hotel return at lunchtime next door still locked still no answer on the phone Claimed a refund from Opodo they refused Serial Fraudsters

Very friendly service. Room was small but clean, good bed and hot shower. In a quiet area about a half hour walk from the historic centre. Good restaurants, cafés and laundromats nearby. Basic but price is very good compared to downtown.

Old house property with faded beauty, hard to maintain by actual owners. The room was large but the room door was very tight. Furniture is old, very basic. No central heating, just air conditioner from device that saw a better days, but functional (fortunately) for the moisture and rainy nights. The bathroom was spacious but cold (no heating). Stayed on first floor, one morning i smell an unpleaseant odour from the hall. I think that owners (very knindly by the way) are overwhelmed by the condition of this property. A massive upgrade is urgently needed!

Un accueil des plus chaleureux du début à la fin de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Merci à José et son épouse pour leurs sourires, les bons conseils et leur sympathie. Les chambres sont propres, le ménage est fait tous les jours et la literie est confortable. Les transports à proximité de l'hôtel permettent d'aller au centre de Porto mais aussi de s'excentrer un peu. Que des points positifs !
