Phòng rất thoải mái và chúng tôi được phục vụ đồ ăn nhẹ miễn phí - đó là Pastel de nata trên sảnh khách trên tầng thượng. Thích lắm.

Nhìn chung trải nghiệm tốt và vị trí đẹp với đội ngũ nhân viên tuyệt vời. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi gặp một số vấn đề với nước nóng trong phòng và đêm đầu tiên chúng tôi buộc phải đợi 2 giờ để có lại nước nóng. Great location, clean, have a fridge and hair dryer, the personnel is very nice and willing to give advices on what you can visit or where to eat. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Porto!

Very friendly and helpful, nicely located, very good value, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower was nice.

Although Trip clearly stated there would be free bottled water, I was shocked to find out that the hotel would only provide water on the first night, although I booked two nights. That’s not hospitable for a hospitality service.

Lovely hotel in Porto. What made it for me was the rooftop area and the bar service on the 8th floor, it was so calming and peaceful.
Little things let this stay down for me however, in particular house keeping. I was there for a total of 5 nights and twice I had to go ask for more water and towels. They didn't replenish coffee, or even change the dirty coffee mugs for clean ones. As I say just the things you would expect.
Location was good, but not fantastic for being right in the life of things without hilly climbs.

Room size acceptable but again like quite some hotel we stay; we don’t like the bath area as water get easily spilled outside to the sanitary area.
The reception is very helpful giving us good advise how to move around to the places of interest

Really great value hotel in a good location, though always a walk of ten mins to get any where. Great breakfast and lovely roof terrace.

Great location,room was ok (pictures on trip.com looked better),breakfast could be better,especially the hot meals ,we had 4 days the same breakfast was abit boring.receptionist were very friendly and helpful.uber from airport to hotel costed €14.80 v.v.

The staff is very nice and good service. The hotel locates at mid-level that it may not suit for kid and senior.
