Preço qualidade não é bom! Hotel que serve para quem quer ficar perto do hospital São João. Parque de estacionamento gratuito. Quarto pequeno, casa de banho mínima e só com direito a uma toalha de banho! Sem direito a toalha de rosto!

Estuvimos en Semana Santa en cuanto ubicación a 15 minutos en coche del centro y un poco difícil para localizar el hotel ya que se encuentra en el centro comercial . limpieza y atención del personal genial , instalaciones Perfectas un poco antiguas pero en buen estado . Llevamos a nuestro perro y lo único que no lo dejan entrar en la zona del comedor. Tienes que pagar un suplemento a tu llegada por el perro

Excelent front desk person Mss Daniela, she was very helpfull and cordial. Also good housekeeping on our floor, helpfull. Shopping Galerry is extreamly helpfull as it was raining all times.

Cheap on toiletries. Only 2 Dixie cups. No kleenex. Only 2 towels. Breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel is strategically located next to a train stop and a shopping center. If you are looking for a good-budget hotel, this might be your option. It's not in the center of the tourist areas, however, you can get to the touristy places in 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Wonderfully connected to all the core areas of Porto, just outside of the hotel is the Metro stop

Hotel is outside of center but onky a 12 min tram ride which is located outside of hotel. A small shoping center is located one floor below hotel with good eating areas and a very nice grocery store. Rooms are equipped with aircon., tv, good beds, basic. Near hospital, quiet area, nice lobby.

The hotel is horrible to find when driving there in the dark. Only small signs, SIX of them, lead you the way and when it's dark, you're driving a car you've just rented and you don't know the city, it's not easy. A very friendly and helpful member of the lobby staff helped us to get there. Breakfast rather poor and the pizza you can get in the afternoon and evening not to be recommended. Some of the lobby staff don't know English. But the hotel is clean and pretty well situated - once you know where it is.
