Quiet hotel in a cute village on Lake Lugano. Short walk to the lakefront, boardwalk and shops. Hotel has enough to be comfortable, with a breakfast offered, but is not fancy.

Lovely place to stay with AC! This is an impeccably clean location with AC and good accessibility in rooms for low mobility guests. Great dog and garden accommodations, as well.

Hotel staff service was good. Free parking. Hotel located Near lake and train station. All breakfast items in the morning are from the supermarket, need to improve. Someone could be heard talking in the next room. Family people run the hotel.

We stayed only for one night, as we had some delays with our flight we called in and the owner wait for us even after the check in hours.
Super friendly staff, the room was ok and the water pressure of the shower was really good, also the breakfast, that was included was really good, specially the cornetto
If we are ever around again we will definitely come back.

Super hôtel où nous avons résidé 4 nuits pour visiter les lacs aux alentours. Nous étions 4 couples de motards, l'endroit est sécurisé, au fond d'une impasse, le parking est devant l'hôtel et le stationnement est gratuit. Il y a le Lac de Lugano à 10 minutes à pied, le soir il y a des restaurants autour, c'était le top. La proximité du lac permettant de ne pas sortir les motos le soir pour aller manger est un luxe ! Le décor alentour est sublime. Rien à dire pour l'emplacement ! En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, c'est très fleuri, très vert, les chambres sont sympas. Si vraiment je dois trouver un seul bémol, ce serait l'insonorisation qui fait défaut mais la gentillesse du personnel, de l'accueil, du monsieur qui se trouve en bas (le patron je pense) rattrape tout ! Le soir, nous prenions l'apéro sur la terrasse du bar, les prix sont plus que corrects (Spritz à 5 €), et le patron nous apportait des plateaux avec de la mortadelle, du jambon cru, des toasts, des chips, le tout gratuitement. Il était tellement gentil et serviable. Des vacances au top. Rien à dire !

Prezzo del soggiorno competitivo. Posizione ottima in quanto in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al lago. Camera piccolina ma accogliente, letti comodi, bagno pulito. Presente balcone in camera. Punto di debolezza la colazione come varietà e qualità.
