Premier Inn Aberdeen South (Portlethen)

The Annex part of the building on the ground floor has a major problem with the floor. It seems to be all rooms including the corridor. It makes a terribly loud noise with every step on every part of the floor. Which means you are woken at night if anyone Walks in the corridor or room next door.

amazing customer service, staff was alway more then happy to help if i had any issues. room was so clean and really enjoyable to stay in. it was so easy to book and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. would 100% recommend staying here.

I've never seen such a clean, well kempt, warm and up to date room in a Premier Inn for a long time. Even has USB sockets!! Although the first room I was given had not been serviced I was immediately given another room. (Very apologetic receptionist) The second room was so clean, I couldn't even find any mildew/black spots in the bathroom (normally the sealant) The mirror had no watermarks, the floor was clean and free from nail clippings. I thanked the housekeeping the next day for the care and attention to cleanliness of the room, she said she would pass the thanks on to the Housekeeper who had serviced the room the previous day. The evening meals and breakfasts were the normal run of the mill usual plain meals but cheap enough, the staff were very nice though.
