We were very fortunate as we were told on arrival that we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was the gorgeous Room 1. The hotel is lovely, the food is very good and the staff are very courteous. The location was also a good base for visiting lots of different places in the area. The only thing I didn’t like (small gripe) was the music they piped into the communal areas - awful covers and a wee bit too loud. I really hope we stay at this hotel again. I was sad to leave the comfort of Room 1.

Food was fantastic, room lovely a big. Bathroom a bit too hot as it overheated the bedroom and bath tub wouldn't fill properly so couldn't have a proper bath. Service at breakfast a bit slow but it was top notch apart from that. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed a very nice stay in a lovely room good food and very pleasant staff the only thing I was worried about was the shower floor it was very slippery perhaps they could Offer a non slippery mat

The staff went over and above to make our stay the best , comfort in our room was superb , the cleanliness the same and beautiful spa products in the room 1st class ,the outside grounds are beautiful , highly recommend

Such a relaxing place to stay a home from home.
