We travel on a motorcycle with limited storage, so we REALLY rely on "guest laundry" services being available. Our check-in was BEYOND pleasant and helpful thanks to Maxine and Michela (sp?)!! The detergent delivery had not yet arrived, so Maxine went out and bought some and texted me when she got back!! While she was gone, Michela helped me with exchanging decaf room coffee for regular coffee. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because (IMHO) Hampton is losing its prestige. Dont get me wrong, the room was clean but the hair conditioner in our bath was empty and the outlet the coffee pot was plugged into didn't work. THEN the content of the breakfast was minimal, average and just acceptable. Hampton used to be our favorite but Holiday Inn Express has REALLY stepped up their game.

There are definitely worse hotels out there. The stay was average. The first thing we noticed was the carpets were very worn. The rooms were ok. The place was simply worn and outdated and is in major need of repairs and renovation. It has the potential to be a very nice place to stay if they would make the necessary improvements.

Everything was great. We traveled from Houston to play in a golf tournament and have stayed here before. The rooms are getting a little worn but not bad. Fantastic overall experience and breakfast was awesome!

Wonderful Staff from Front Desk to Hospitality Staff that prepares Free Breakfast to Housekeeping. Beds and Overall bedrooms were comfortable. Nightly fee reasonable and location not far for hwy and main roads. Look forward to returning.

My company had reserved the conference room and paid extra for the audio/visual package. When we arrived, the only AV equipment was a TV with no remote. The projector had no cables to connect it to the TV...which didn't matter since we didn't have the remote to change the input settings. I called the manager, Dennis Quinn, but he was absolutely no help. He blamed it on my boss, saying that we agreed to bring the equipment ourselves. This was a blatant lie since we agreed to pay extra to use their equipment. The rooms are not maintained well. Electrical switches didn't work, outlet covers were broken and cracked. I had mold in my shower while my manager found a box of condoms in his night stand. Thankfully the La Quinta nearby had a conference room available as well as rooms for our employees. We moved there and were very pleased. One note...the front desk (Maxine???) and maintenance personnel worked tirelessly to fix the situation, but their manager set them up for failure by not providing them with the tools they needed.

Disappointed in staff response to request for assistance with access to fitness center. I had an accessible room which was very nice and allowed good mobility( I use a scooter). The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast a little disappointing. A good variety but the eggs were an omelet and not fresh. Also I was charged more than price quoted with Hilton and Hampton inn would do nothing to correct problem even though I had a confirmation email with quoted price. Told I had to go through Hilton. Problem still not corrected.

The check in staff was indifferent and had an attitude. She went through the motions of checking me in and made me feel anything but welcomed. The room was badly in need of maintenance and updating. Everything was old and worn, not to mention the caulk around the tub was turning black with mildew. It just felt gross. I had stayed at the Hampton Inn in Tallahassee the night before and it was nice, updated and clean so I know not all Hampton Inns are like this. The floors of the elevator were so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor. When I told the front desk staff she seemed surprised. The next morning the floors were still gross and sticky. One of the elevators made all sorts weird noises as if it hadn't been maintained in ages. Would definitely not go back and the only reason I stayed is because I had my large dog with me so finding another hotel to accommodate us would likely have been challenging.

From check in to check out, staff were friendly and helpful. The double queen room was cool, clean, smelled fresh, and offered plenty of space, was up to date and nicely appointed. The bed was comfy, There were plenty of jacks for the various chargers and devices we needed to plug in. The bathroom was spacious and functional. The breakfast included hot fresh omelets and sausage. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider this hotel when planning trips in the future!

We stayed here for one night on our way further west. Very clean, comfortable beds, polite staff. No complaints at all. Breakfast was typical of most hotel setups, but adequate with sufficient choices.
