Ibis Styles Ponta Pora

Everything was as expected and even better during my stay, the hotel is strategically located on the border to Paraguay, with the famous China Shopping in walking distance (about 7 minutes), very close to the airport and close to the bus terminal. All the staff is very helpful and nice , specially Mr. Gustavo (the hotel manager) and Ms. Mirna (reception). Rooms are well maintained and clean, with basic but very well organized and smart furniture. The only things that could be better are the acoustic insulation of the doors (you can hear clearly what happens in the hallway) , but this is a common thing in most hotels in Brazil and South America and the other thing is the choice of TV channels which is limited and the image is not very clear. Breakfast it good with a reasonable choice of food and is served in the bright breaks fast room in front of the reception where there is also a small bar which features reasonably priced drinks and food. Wi-Fi is stable and available in all parts of the property. If you come by car the parking is complimentary. For sure this hotel is the number one choice in Ponta Pora!

Near the main road intersection betweent Brazil and Paraguay, not too far from the Brazilian downtown area but close to the Paraguayan main malls, it is a very good and well maintained Ibis hotel. I usually stay in a top (second) floor room.

A cama é tão gostosa que não dá vontade de levantar dela…. Sem falar no Décor do apartamento, homenageando uma tradição não só sul mato-grossense mas também paraguaia… Foi muito bem pensado e de muito bom gosto! O apartamento ficou lindo com a composição de cores. Parabéns!

O hotel se encontra muito limpo e organizado.A Recepção é impecável. Os funncionários muito atenciosos e receptivos. O gerente é o diferencial desse hotel, ele é muito profissional, carismático e organiza como.ninguem toda a equipe...

Os funcionários da recepção são extremamente ríspidos, os funcionários não tem flexibilidade nenhuma. Qualquer solicitação de checkout later de 30 minutos que seja, além de não aceitarem são mal educados. Bateram na minha porta para ver se eu ia sair ao 12:20. A rede Ibis nao atende dessa forma em nenhum lugar do mundo.

O hotel precisa melhorar a qualidade do café da manhã . A maioria dos intens muito ruim . Os funcionários atenciosos . Mas não podem fazer milagre . Qto a limpeza nada a reclamar. Cama limpa , quarto limpo . Ar condicionado funcionando muito bem .
