Booked this place a couple of months before our trip. Just before our trip, I was reading reviews that were very negative , I was very concerned, but upon arrival all fears were gone. What a cute hotel. Small, quiet, nice pool. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. Great kitchenette . Slept great, quiet. They have a noise restriction after 8pm. Don't understand how one review said how noisy the place was? Would definitely return. Great location also, and unlike another neg review, the beach was easy access, not hard at all. Well worth it ! We were in room 6

This hotel is pretty bad. No one in office. You have to call a number if you arrive after 5 PM. We prepaid and checking in was terribly difficult for us (pushing 80.). We are not too tech savvy. Didn’t have WiFi until we called the number the next day. Only 4 lounge chairs by the pool. None available. Called again. Told that the hotel had been inspected and only 4 required. 7 people here now. No seats. Can not write reviews on their web site. Never again. Housekeeping and maintenance people very nice. That is about all I can say about it.

Nice!!! Comfy bed, full kitchen, warm pool...a little too warm. Great office service. No ocean view but short walk to beach. Daily pier visits are a must! Visit Kilwins. Water taxi was fun. Oceanic for meals. Lucky FISH for Key lime pie. Be sure to rent umbrella/chairs for hot beach comfort, beach shoes are a must.

ROACHES! DO NOT STAY HERE! As the receptionist was checking me and ran my credit card, a ROACH crossed the table in front of both of us as we were sitting down! I immediately jumped up and said, “Is that a roach?” She says YES! I could tell she was a little spooked and grossed out too. I immediately told her that I did not want to stay there and asked what I needed to do in order to cancel my two night reservation. She stated that I needed to take it up with ******* because that’s who I booked the reservation through. After going back-and-forth on the phone with the hotel, I eventually spoke with Sofia/Sophia who stated the hotel would only refund me for one night and they were charging me for the first night since the card was already charged! Really? Who would want to stay in a place that has roaches crawling right in front of me? Get real! Trust me when I tell you, do not stay here unless you wanna bring some roach friends home with you! I never write reviews but I couldn’t let this one go, especially because they did not refund me for both nights, only one! Garbage!

Hotel rooms are generally clean, but are not cleaned daily. Plus they have a funky smell. Beds are terrible - mattresses were poor quality and old. Room is minimally furnished with very cheap furniture. Few amenities in rooms, including no dressers for clothes. Bathrooms are tiny with towel hooks taped to walls. This is an extremely budget motel!
