This historic complex comprised Pompano's first resort cottages when the rest of the beach area was still pineapple fields. This King Studio cottage has a small, well-equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster (no dishwasher), king bed plus a sleeper sofa in living area, flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, dining area that seats four, small bathroom with shower (no tub) and a vanity area outside the bathroom with hairdryer. Before the double French door entry is a large, screened-in porch with tropical garden views, white wicker furniture including dining table that seats four and George Foreman electric grill for your exclusive use. Additional after-beach shower at back door. Includes free wi-fi, free parking, no resort fees, flat-screen cable TV, books, family games, linens, iron/board, cleaning tools, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, A/C, heat, one free parking space per unit in off-street parking in front of property.
