Festa Via Pontica

Myself,partner and 3 years old son have just come back from a 2 week holiday staying at this fabulous hotel, our room was lovely, clean and spacious over looking the pool. The animation team were absolutely amazing Hris, Danni,Sofia and egor we loved playing darts at 11am,cocktail game at 12, water aerobics at 16:15 then surbaco at 17:00 was always thoroughly entertaining, met loads of great people too. Our son loved the kids club 10-12 4-6 but also loved helping/following Hris and his team around they were incredible with graysen he loves you all.Evening entertainment was also great fun and always lots of laughter. A HUGE thank you to the amazing hotel relations Maria, nothing was to much trouble,everything we inquired about was answered anything we needed was delivered and sorted,even got us the football on, you do a fantastic job graysen always enjoyed seeing you an having a cuddle so thank you for making our holiday in your lovely hotel perfect. The food was lovely, there was always so much choice, even the fussy eater wouldn't go hungry, snacks thought out the day by the pool were homemade pizza, burgers, wraps,chips homemade donuts all lovely, plenty to choice from to drink for any of the 3 bars. I had a spa treatment for my birthday 90 minutes of pure heaven would definitely recommend to anyone staying to take advantage of the spa and treatments. The beach is literally 3 minute walk, lovely warm sea nice breeze come the afternoon was great, there is a restaurant across the road from the beach call penelope palaces DEFINITELY give it ago the food was out of this world. So overall we absolutely LOVED our first family holiday at this great hotel. Thank you to all the bar staff, the restaurant staff,cleaning staff,reception staff,life guards,animation team and Maria your all doing an amazing job we can't wait to come back.

Recently renovated hotel, large and modern rooms, good selection of food and drinks (only downside: no free drinks at the beach), nice sand beach, family friendly, the animation team was the best - thanks to Hris, Vicky, Sonja, Daniel, Victor and co! :D

The place has everything, food is very nice and can eat almost every hour of the day. 3 pools all clean and not too busy. Sauna and steam room practically empty every time I've been in. The entertainment was great. Animation programme had fun games and sport to play. They were very friendly and encouraged guests to take part.

Generally a very good hotel and plenty of fun had Must give a shout out to Chris and the animation team who were excellent through out and made the hotel experience excellent with various activities throughout the day and the evening. Pros Hotel clean and tidy Staff generally friendly Food was pretty good for all ages and a good selection for all In main buffet hall food being freshly cooked at each serving from pancakes in the morning to chicken and pork at other times Poolside buffet was very good from fresh pizza to doughnuts (hot and delicious) Kids pools were good for little ones Beach 3 mins away Little queuing for drinks Poolside bar Plenty of sunbeds available Cons The main gripe was the pool areas Water through week went murky and seemed unkept Pool sides were cleaned eventually daily but never hosed down Generally a good hotel and would recommend on the whole although a little bit away from everything so if you wanted anything taxi or bus advised but was easy to sort through reception

Brought my son for a week, going home today, no issues during our stay at all. Hotel is very clean and most of the staff very friendly. Really surprised there was no rush for sunbeds at all, plenty to go round almost all the time. Peak season but never seemed rammed. Pools are nice, pool bar always stocked and the snack bar open good hours, from 10-6, pizzas, chips, burgers, doughnuts, ice cream. My son and I aren’t big on going on local trips etc, but if you are, this probably wouldn’t be the place to be, as it’s quite far out from the main area. Taxi approx £30 each way(so other guests were saying). Beach is nice tho and literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel, where you can do jet skis, parasailing and other water sports. The main beach area is sectioned off with sunbeds and a fee is payable, however the hotel will give you a voucher for 2 beds in its section. Entertainment team were friendly and tried getting people involved, pool bar staff were very friendly also. All in all we’ve had a great holiday and kept busy.

A spontaneous idea for holiday in Bulgaria and it was a great decision. The hotel is very clean, stuff is nice. Sadly lobby bar close at 1:00 it could be a bit longer. Food was very good and there was a lot of different food. Drinks are fine also. There is some main pools and one separated from each other, there was so calmly and quiet - perfect place for rest. The gym is bad, thats a fact.

We absolutely loved our holiday here. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the pool. It was lacking wardrobe and storage space for 3 of us but we coped. Fridge in room. Good food selection but we found it best to go earlier than later. Great pools WITH NO RACING FOR SUNBEDS. We could go down at 9.30 and there was still plenty of choice. Bbq food at lunch - great pizza and burgers and doughnuts. We LOVED the Animation team. Huge shout out to Hris who entertained us all. Big thanks for the girls who offered great yoga and water aerobics and did cute activities in kids club, also to the boys who offered archery and darts. They are a great animation team who deserve great recognition. They made the holiday great. Great sense of humor and our son loved the pirate day. There’s a small supermarket nearby but not much else. Short 5 minute walk to the beach if that’s your thing. All in all we loved our holiday and our first time in Bulgaria. Thanks to you all

Truly a great hotel. A clean, comfortable room, and delicious food in the restaurant and grill bar. All the day you can it and drink :D and ice cream of course) The indoor pool was especially appreciated in the heat—just what our child needed! The friendly animation team, especially Igor and Sofia, did a fantastic job with activities. The beach is close by, with a section belonging to the hotel, which is very convenient—umbrella and sunbed included, and the sea and sand are clean. We were satisfied with our stay. Would we return? I think yes! It's a perfect family hotel for a peaceful and comfortable vacation

I spent one week at the hotel. I just wanted a relaxing and quiet holiday with all inclusive option. Food really nice and decent choice. The bar served a good variety of drinks and the staff were really nice! Nice pool and its surroundings. The reception staff need customer service improvement. When you arrive at the hotel around noon, you would expect that you'll get lunch, unfortunately, the first meal served for arriving guests is a dinner! Room spacious and clean with daily housekeeping attendance. All inclusive hours as advertised 10 am - 1 am, the last couple of hours in the Wine Bar, which wasn't always open, no consistency there. Overall I recommend the hotel, nice for solo, couples and definitely for the families.
