56 km to the northwest from Joensuu, own artificial pond 200m (length 90 m, width 30 m), access to the water from pier, water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 m, the deepest point is 4 m. Wooden holiday house 1929, renovated in 1940, 1962 and 2013. Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, room with spreadable sofa bed, access to the bedroom with 2 double bed from this room. Bedroom with bed, double bed and balcony on the upper floor. There is also a bed on the staircase on the upper floor. WC on both floors. On the upper floor wood-heated sauna, shower in steam room and dressing room. Washing machine in the basement. There are also entrance hall, porch and terrace. Lakeside sauna use only for summertime (Jun - Sept). Sauna with dressing room, no electricity in the sauna. Water to the sauna is transported in tanks by using a separate trolley. Nice farm-like yard in the middle of the peaceful environment. There is a cooking hut in the yard and a campfire site by the artificial pond. There is also a playhouse in the yard and two rooms (can be used in summer) in the outbuilding. Wireless 4G internet. Distance to the hunting areas on state owned lands is about 2 km. The cabin is surrounded by a terrain, which offers good possibilities for picking berries. Distance to the public swimming beach maintained by the municipality is 5 km. The possibility to organize parties and social evenings in the barn building. Polvijärvi municipality center 19 km, Holiday Centre Huhmari 35 km, Koli 60 km. Linen and final cleaning available for an additional fee. Pets allowed for an additional fee per pet. The nearest neighboring house is about 40 meters away. Between the neighboring house and Villa Blanca is neighbour's warehouse building, which prevents direct line of sight. Wooden holiday cottage in a calm location nearby Koli. There is an air source heat pump with cooling and warming functionality in the cabin. Trere are 2 fireplaces in the cabin. The cabin is suitable for people with reduced mobility, there is a wheelchair ramp and a shower chair. Glazed terrace is equipped with infrared heater. There are fishing rods, lures and an ice drill as fishing gear. Trolling permission to lake Kuhnusta is included to rent. Possibility to rent electric outboard from the owner. The sun shines whole day to the plot. On the beach there is a grill hut and outdoor kitchen made from soapstone. Washroom renovation done in 2023.
