An impeccable breakfast with first-class products grown in Mallorca. An abundance of healthy and high-quality food for those who follow their diet. Homemade bread, aged cheeses, freshly squeezed juices, muesli, and other snacks at your disposal + ala card menu of your choice. Vegetarian dishes are also available. At the entrance to the hotel, a pleasant man Haynd met, took me to breakfast and gave me a short tour of the restaurant. I would like to express special gratitude to the girls working at the restaurant, Raquel which served us very nicely and attentively, and to the girl who cooked food for us in the kitchen, unfortunately I do not know her name, but the toasts with salmon and avocado were the best)) The hotel has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the smiling manager Anjelo and the charming general manager Karlos, whom we also managed to get to know during our visit to this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend this place for complete relaxation and immersion in an atmosphere of luxury and tranquility.

Loved this place. Pollenca was quiet during this time and so was the hotel - and I loved the peace and quiet of the place. The rooms are cosy (I had a view of the pool), the lounge area is lush - really enjoyed hanging around there reading and the breakfast was wonderful. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely return if I’m ever in Pollenca again.

We stopped off at this beautiful hotel for a nice coffee to sit in the court yard. Amazing service. Amazing hotel. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend this to anyone looking for a chic, stylish hotel with a modern yet traditional feel. Thank you for making us feel welcome. Will & Sarah

Very nice litle Boutique Hotel with fantastic breakfast. Location was perfect to discover bay and covs on the north side of the island.

Overall, we had a really nice day at this property. The location is wonderful, and the actual hotel is lovely. On the downside, it is quite noisy so easy to get woken up when someone closes a bedroom door. Also, it would’ve been nicer to have a bathroom door. That is an actual door rather than a sliding door. A price point it should be expected. The food was wonderful, and the staff was very accommodating.

This hotel is a beautiful, tastefully decorated building with a calming ambience, everything required for a chilled, re-charge break needed. The waiters/waitresses/reception and housekeeping staff are all very welcoming, helpful, happy and polite and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing with so much choice including choices of teas/coffees/soft drinks & fizz and different milks available and we never felt rushed or pressured to hurry which was appreciated. The bedroom was fabulous with a huge comfy bed and again everything needed and well provided for, including hair straighteners! The pool area is comfortable, peaceful and chilled with service for drinks and food available. We would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Beautiful little boutique luxury hotel tucked away in old town Pollenca. Within walking distance of the main square. Nice rooms and en-suite in characterful old building with interesting art and cool layout. Excellent service and food.

We had a great stay here and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Tucked away on a quiet street behind a stone wall. We were welcomed with lovely cold drinks and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Room was great, large size with a lovely view over the pool area. The pool area is gorgeous and we were tempted to relax there all day and never leave! Very much looking forward to coming back one day soon.

A serene oasis in the heart of beautiful Pollensa. Amazing staff, facilities and food. Extremely comfortable rooms and a pleasure to stay in. So convenient to the town and parking also accessible too. The pool is quiet and the surroundings are well maintained

The hotel is located in an old residence which has been completely renovated. Renovation sometimes favors design to the detriment of practical aspect The high price is probably justified by the presence of wellness.

We stayed for 5 nights during a mixed weather period but throughout the service was excellent, helping us with day trips and walks. The food was very good and the location for us was just right. Others may want to be close to the sea but on our visits to the coast it was busy and a chilly wind was blowing. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout and pool towels were provided in the room and by the pool. An array of Spanish and overseas guests made breakfast friendly and enjoyable without the need to be best buddies.

We cannot recommend the Can Auli highly enough! We have stayed there many times from 2022 to 2024 while having our house in Pollensa renovated and it is truly like a second home to us. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating and every request is responded to quickly and with a smile. The location is perfect in the town and all the facilities and food are to a high standard...it's just a very relaxing place to stay!

Without question the best hotel in Pollenca, and almost certainly one of the best on the island. Can Auli is a small, boutique hotel located in a narrow street a few minutes’ walk from Pollenca’s main square, ideally positioned for everything that this beautiful market town has to offer. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, with the highest quality fittings and some lovely touches that show they really care about their clients. The public areas are nicely furnished and, in particular, the outside terrace is a lovely place to take a drink at sundown (or any time come to that!). The pool is also very smart and big enough to cool off after relaxing day on one of the comfy sun loungers. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They provide a really high quality service with a personal touch, making you feel like you are their guests rather than just another client. The food is excellent too, with a decent choice and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We have stayed at Can Auli four times now and each time is as good as the last. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.
