Entire residential home-walking distance to NWMSU

Springbreak We were in Maryville to spend time with our son who is a student at Northwest Missouri State University. We rented the property so we would have room do do things as a family. The house is older but everything works. The house cleaner did not do a good job before we arrived. We found the towels still in the dryer. Dishes had been putin the cupboards dirty. The owner offered to come fix the issues but we had already fixed the issue.. We had a strong storm one of the nights all of the windows rattle. overall a good place to stay if the cleaner does there job

Good spot to rest your head We stayed Fri- Sun visiting family. The beds are comfortable and we were happy they had a coffee maker with pods ready to use. And some snacks in the kitchen as well. We didn’t cook there but the kitchen was clean. The bedrooms still had the window AC units in them (December) so it was chilly at night. We had extra blankets so it was fine. The owners were very responsive.

In town for a wedding My husband and I along with my stepdaughter and her boyfriend stayed the weekend for a wedding. The house was very tidy, there was coffee and snacks available which was nice, plenty of towels, and it was easy to access. The owner was great about communicating too.

Nice little house This was a nice little house for my stay during Family Weekend at the University. The house was neat and tidy and has been nicely updated. Check in was a breeze and I felt very safe staying alone.
