We will be back. Its real with realisign we live in a busy world not some unreal escape that makes you feel guilty. The food is excellent. The program team is friendly and top rate. Spa has great variety of trea**ents and the view is magnificent including the local kangaroos.

We had an amazing stay at Elysia for our wedding anniversary. Spacious rooms, great views and loved the courtesy bus down to the bar & restaurants in Cypress.

Great place to spend as a wellness retreat, or a wine-tasting weekend - OR both. If you're only using accommodation & spa/fitness centre, restaurant is 10 walk away. Otherwise, lots to do fitness, activities, spa, pools, kangaroo watching. Very peaceful.

Overall a disappointing stay. Maintenance issues not addressed in a timely matter so could not sleep with the noise at midnight and 7am that was arising from the water pipes from the sprinkler system. Despite my multiple attempts to let them know including video footage it was not addressed at all.

This place truly is magical. It has absolutely everything you could possibly ask for in a retreat - extraordinary food, amazing variety of wellness services and activities, a ton of exercise programs for any level, great indoor and outdoor pool and divine spa for a myriad of known and new and exciting trea**ents. You will never regret going and I guarantee you will return - everyone does once they've been! The staff are next level wonderful and the location is bliss.

Expected much more. We landed after a week’s travelling looking forward to a pampering and was advised no spa trea**ents were available. It appears you would need to stay extended periods to ensure booking a trea**ent or book prior to arrival. The room amenity was lovely but wifi didn’t work, TVvre notion so very poor. It made the little thing of the shower soap dispensing evens more frustrating and disappointing. Felt very isolated with little to do. Maybe this would be nice for some but we expected more.

So disappointing. Didn’t travel in peak period, stayed two nights and found we couldn’t book any spa trea**ents as already booked out - you have to prebook to guarantee a trea**ent!!? Internet was not working, had to request a booster unit, TV with poor reception and soap dispenser in shower broken. Overall service was lacking, no presence overnight and property had a very tired feel. Having said this, room was well presented and view was to die for.
