201に宿泊しましたが、バスルームはトイレの匂いが臭かったです。改善を求めましたが叶いませんでした。多分いつもそうなんだと思います。
階下のため見晴らしは良くありませんでしたが、屋上からは山々がキレイに見えました。
スタッフは皆さん親切で不快な思いは全くしませんでした。部屋の掃除を頼んだらすぐにしてくれました。

I highly recommend staying at Hotel Kausi which is located conveniently near the lake. Staffs are very friendly. Dining at the hotel is a delight, with a breakfast buffet offering a variety of dishes, some of which change daily. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean with stunning mountain view. Walking distance to Lake side walk makes a perfect location for the stay.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Wonderful staffs and well maintained hotel with its excellent hospitalilty. Newly boutique hotel with nice and comfortable beds with proper hygine with balcony, which make it perfect. Food was so delicious, and they are too good to take care of kids while we had dinner and breakfast. That was so nice of them. And they do have a rooftop to have a good view of mountains and surround. They helped us for our city tour and vehicles as well. Recommended all to stay @hotel Kausi during your visit at pokhara. Thank you Hotel Kausi.

Comfortable stay, with clean hotel and supporting staff. Decent food. Good location in front of Fewa lake. Spa services of differently abled (blind) is unique experience for me. It's in market place with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes

Stayed here before going to Muktinath and another 2 days on return back. Room had a balcony and faced the Basundra park. Great view of the snowcaped mountains but view of the Machepuchere mountain was blocked though. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr Durga who helped to repair our trolley bag wheel which was damaged at Jomson airport. Food at the hotel restaurant was very good.

Comfortable property located in proximity of lake on Lake Road the happening place in Pokhara. Rooms r comfortable n buffet spread in breakfast, lunch n dinner were delectable. Thupka n momo served were amazing. Personalised service in restaurant. Roof of Hotel provides a good view of Himalayas when sky is clear. Staff courteous.

The rooms are airy and big with a luxurious feel, certainly a welcome after trekking in the Annapurna Circuit. Ask for the mountain view rooms, which unfortunately I did not have as the hotel seems full. The highlight was their manager Puspa. He attended to a friend who was sick and gave me his number to call even in the night. He recommended and helped me arrange a private yoga session too to help my back. Every morning he would enquire after my sick friend. Really helpful chap!

We were greeted with refreshing watermelon juice and welcoming, friendly staff. Clean, functional rooms. Breakfast was very good and all staff so attentive and friendly. We asked for breakfast at 6.30am as we were leaving at 7am to start our trek. They provided the full breakfast for us. The manager was extremely helpful advising us on what to do and where to eat. All the staff were amazing. Unfortunately I had an accident whilst in Pokhara. The manager drove me and my husband to the hospital and waited whilst I was treated. Above and beyond duty. Thank you so much for all your kindness. We would definitely recommend Kausi Hotel and hope to return one day. Best wishes. Hannah and Graham White

As a part of family visit stayed at hotel.Nice location and Lake view from room. clean and helpful staff. Okay breakfast.Good place to stay with kids and family with ample parking spaces.Love staying and will visit again.
