It also includes an add-on lounge area perfect for football games or relaxing with friends. Indoor area: Kitchen - fully equipped with a blender, slow cooker, cooking utensils, dishes, serving trays, a microwave, toaster, a fridge, stove/oven, and a coffee area. It also has a large island -- with 2 barstools -- that opens to the living room. Living Room - a spacious area with sofa and large chair , tv, fireplace, a coffee table, rug, and windows with a view of the water. Mud Room - extending off of the kitchen and living room, this extra mudroom leads to the large outdoor deck area. Dining Room - 8 person dining table and bar area with wine and cocktail glasses Master Bedroom - comes with a king sized bed lots of shelving for clothing storage, and its own private bathroom Master Bathroom - has a stand-up shower, private toilet room, and double sinks.
